Hi everyone,
STS W1 D5 Back/Triceps is done. I also did SBF D9 Standing/Mat Lower Body = 24 min plus Christmas Tight and Seat Target = 7 min. I am done for today.
Debbie - thank you for your kind words. I am falling apart I am glad when this year is over. Had enough. Hoping next year will be better for me. I bought cushioned shoes the other day for the virtual RT. These are I bought, a soldier on base recommends this brand to me and my DD when we were looking for sneakers on base a few weeks ago. https://www.hokaoneone.com/womens-road/clifton-7/1110509.html?dwvar_1110509_color=MMHC I will wear them next time I go for a walk with my knee brace and I will limit my walking to 3 times a week only. I need to take a good look at my workouts and modify even more especially lunges/squats. I am sorry your knees are bordering you too. I did one Cathe workout with a lot of twisting, my knees were hurting for months. Be carful! I feel like I need to check in the silver sneaker check in soon, lol.
Diane - yes, what your orthopedist suggests sounds very difficult for my lifestyle. Lately, I been doing what he suggests not running up/down the stair too much. My knees make a lot of noises/cracking. I am in pain going up stair or downstairs. He suggests walking on grass too. The problem with that is we don't have side walks, I can't walk in peoples yards. My husband thinking buying an elliptical. I am kinda against it. I am trying to downsize. I bought Hoka running shoes, they are so cushioned. Love them. I only wore them in my gym when I did the virtual RT. I will start wearing them outside instead and buy another for my other workouts. I am trying to donate some stuff at the homeless shelter in DC after my doctor appointment on Saturday. Than I will meet my kids for lunch.
BBL!
