Doreen - She says "Yea, thanks a lot" because Kelly said that workout was from everyone's requested favorite moves. LOL! I had to hear it a couple time to catch what she said, too.
 
Today I did XTRAIN Burn Sets, Bi's and Tri's with STS AB Circuits, Medicine Ball ABS at the end. I had a great workout, my arms are so pumped right now, it feels amazing. I never really get a pump in my arms when I did Live workouts so this is a nice change. Workout was 50 minutes, I rested to write everything done, and I burned 301calories. Heart rate was 107/171. That seems high? But I was fighting for each rep towards the end.

Traditional Curls- 20's x 10, x 10, x 12 TF
DB Curls with a Twist- 20's x 10, x 10, x 12 TF
Conc. Curls- 20# x 10, x 10, x 13 TF
Burn Set- Crazy 8's Hammer Curls- 12's x 24

Close Grip Chest Press- 22's x 10, x 10, x 12 TF ( Cathe does pushups in a pattern)

1 Arm Kickbacks- 12# x 10, x 10, x 14 TF
Burn Set- Seated Overhead Ext.- 12's x 20

STS AB Circuits, Med Ball ABS - great workout.

Brutal heatwave here in CA right now, too many fires to count from lightening strikes. It is just brown air out over the ocean today.


Debbie, nice workout today, it seems that you, Doreen and Diane are all doing RAW right now. I might go back and do some of the older Cathe DVD's, i like that way of training, slower and a bit heavier. I am not sure what i will do next after this week.

Diane, That is great that you got a workout in before your Grand Children got to your house, now you can have some fun!

Doreen, nice job on the RAW workout today.

Belinda, you are killing it with the walks lately. Too hot again today and too much smoke in the air to walk so i just lifted today. My son in Nevada can barely see across the football field it is so smokey and the coaches are still making them workout!

I guess I will no longer be getting on facebook. Wish I could have said something before I am off to those in my groups. They want id proof and full name, birthdate etc.. I am not giving them all of that and it makes me mad how they try to control what people say.

Debbie, nice work on Biceps and Triceps yesterday and Raw Box and Tone today. I use that one when I want something short or to do two shorter workouts. That is great that the Interview went well. I hope the pay is what you need. It really is sad that China caused all of this and the whole world has to suffer the consequences. I am glad you husband is still well. I wonder about these grocery stores that have stayed open from the start. Several of the older ladies that work in Sprouts are still working and they have been there from when the store first opened. This stuff affects all of us. My grandchildren would be in school now. Things are so uncertain. I told my husband with all of this distancing and masks it seems there would be a whole lot less of other viruses as well if these masks work.

Jolie, nice workout yesterday. You really got some good calories in. I have always loved the Med Ball abs. Great job on X Train and getting a good pump. Brown air and heat sounds miserable.

Doreen, your moves is a really fun workout. The ladies were funny in the virtual workout. Kelly kind of seems to tease Sammy on that one. My elbows and knees look like watermelons. My hamstring is pulled and my back is killing me. I went out on my deck today to eat lunch and I ran into a rattle snake. My poor dog took the bullet for me today, and got bit in the face by the snake. It was a baby snake and very aggressive and was lunging at me on and on. I think I feel on my elbows trying to get my dog from attacking the snake not knowing he was already bit in the face. This is my poor dog that was almost killed by the coyote. I finally got my dog but the snake was all over me. After a few minutes my dog fell to the ground, I was un aware that he was bit until that happened. I drove so fast to the animal hospital and they are saving his life right now. I have animal patrol on its way to get the snake. My body is ruined. I am so swollen from falling and I actually thought I was bit by the snake; I have had two shots of Tequila to calm my nerves because I think I was in shock. My dog has gotten two shots of anti venom medicine and it is shock at the animal hospital. It will cost $4000 to save my dog. I am heart broken and I have already called my realtor to get me out of here. I live at the beach and I have to deal with snakes and coyotes! At 7:45 pm I pick up my dog to go to another hospital or to bring him home for the night. He will go back to the vet for the next couple of days for observations. I am done and feel like crying.
 
Jolie, that is terrible. Oh my gosh, my heart goes out to you. I will be praying for you and your dog. Who would have thought living on the beach would have rattle snakes and coyotes to deal with. I am glad that you were not bitten too. This sounds like such a nightmare. You should be able to go out on your deck and in your own yard without having to worry about safety.

Today I did CL #302 - Burn Sets: Back, Chest & Shoulders. Really love this workout and I love the one on ones with Cathe. Wish she'd just keep doing the workouts like that. Had an excellent workout.

Most exercises unless marked differently was 12 reps. 9 rounds, each different with the exercises except the Warmup set and Round 2.

So I haven't heard anything from the lady I interviewed with, maybe I got too excited there. :(

Jolie - OMG!!! How terrifying!! I sure hope you and your dog are ok, please check in when you can. I hope you can get out of there soon. Wow!

Belinda - I didn't get tested for COVID, my DH did. The Assisted Living place he works at is blowing up with COVID postives. Right now they are up to 18 in their skilled unit. So scary. So far he is negative. Great job with your workout this morning!!

Doreen - Great job with Your Move #1, that is a great workout.

Diane - Isn't Box & Legs a great workout? I can't wait until I can do the entire hour. When I plan to do it, I need to get in my workout room by 20 after 5. Nice job with it!! How is your upper back lately? Mine has been fine except for a knot that appears every now and again. So weird. Glad it finally eased up. Yes, China sure did screw this world up, they should be ashamed but I'm sure they are sitting back having a good laugh about it. I haven't heard from that lady I interviewed with yet, hope I do soon. What is up with FB? They have some nerve. They just want to spy on people, glad I never got on it.

WOW Jolie - you and your poor dog. I hear baby rattler bites are more potent than adults so that's scary!!

This morning I did a Penny Barnshaw - Loved this one - good pacing but you have to play your own music and just watch the timers on the screen.

Quick check in as I have children here waiting for me to shower and make lunch. I did Raw Body Fit, 44 minutes, 201 calories, heart rate 121/164, 3,096 steps. Followed it with Step Boss extended lying stretch, 10 minutes, 11 calories, 35 Steps?? TOtal time 55 minutes, 212 caories, 3,134 steps.
 
I just picked my dog up from the hospital and he survived, thank the Lord Jesus! He really took the bullet for me because the rattle snake was just about to strike me. I am so freaked out and boy am I a mess physically. I feel tripping over potted plants and hurt my hamstrings, my right leg, fell on my elbows and twisted my knee a bit. I feel like I have been hit by a Mack Truck. My dog is eating and drinking so that is a good sign, but you should see his poor face. It is so swollen and he is on meds to keep the swelling down and the pain. Thank goodness that today was my scheduled rest day :)

Debbie, great workout, your weights are mighty impressive, especially the chest flies. Wow. I think Doreen is right, you must have gotten hacked on FB because they would never ask for that kind of information.

Diane Sue, have a great time with your grand kids today and it is nice that you got to get a workout in before the fun starts!

Belinda, I cant believe Plyo doesn't hurt your knees, or did you use rebounder instead for some exercises? Nice workout again as always :)

Jolie, I am so happy to hear your dog is fine and home. So sorry you fell and hurt yourself. I wish you and your doggy a speedy recovery. I would be shaking up too. So scary! I do all Cathe's high impact on the rebounder, my knees can't handle the high impact anymore. Sorry I forgot to mention it in my post. I will try to get better, lol. Please, take it easy.

Belinda, I am not sure what is up with facebook. I think they did not like my name with America on it. Otherwise maybe that I look at conservative things like Mike Huckabee in my feed? Anyway, my husband could still get on and set me up another account with family and Kelly's Train smart to start out. I guess they haven't done it to everyone. I never said or did anything and my posts were very few on my page. They wanted picture, id with my full name and birth year to get back on. I am not doing it. If they do it again, I guess I am off for good. They have people to do checks to authenticate now I guess. nice work on the plyo hiit this morning. I do comment or like some peoples posts that are conservative. I do not generally post much of anything negative. Bible posts sometimes.

Jolie, I am so glad that your dog is going to be okay. I hope you mend from all of that quickly. It is so shocking that this happened and the coyote incident. Get some rest and give your brave dog lots of cuddling.

Debbie, that is an early start to workout. I really liked that I got a decent calorie burn and the workout was fun. My shoulders have been pretty good most of the time, but like you I get that knot a bit on my left upper back shoulder blade area. But, this is also the side of my neck that is the most painful and I am still dealing with that. An occasional good day and then days like today it hurts something awful in my neck. I have taken Excedrin twice today, tried Aspercream and Biofreeze. Stretching as usual. It just plain hurts. That is a lot of positive Covid in one area. Are they all sick with it or just positive? Maybe they just need a bit more time to get back to you on that other interview. Praying you get it if it is God's will for you. It sounds like a great opportunity.
I posted to Belinda about the facebook thing. I have been using facebook for many years and never had any trouble. I block a lot of garbage that I don't want to see on there. I am not sure what is going on with them.
 
Diane - I searched the internet about FB asking ID's. They want people to use their real name instead of I using fake names or initials. I use my real name on FB. You can bypass it if you google it. I think FB is going a little to far, lol. What about privacy? FB will lose a lot of people. Be honest, nothing is that important on FB anyway, IMO! I hardly post these day's. What are you going to do? Sorry about it.

Belinda, my husband got me back on by setting me up with his e mail and a different name that does not have America on it. Still initials. It worked so far. He only put my family and Kelly's Train Smart Group on it. I told him I can look up Cathe if I want to go there and our church. I will see how long that lasts. Yes, someone else posted an article about all of the unbelievable ways they have to give id. I never use my full real name on pretty much anything.
 
Today I actually managed to workout, I was supposed to do a total body workout but my right leg and knee hurt so I did CL # 276 All In Upper Body instead and had a great workout, I lifted a little lighter for Chest since my wrist is sore but managed ok. Workout was 51 minutes and I burned 343 calories.

Rusty is doing great, he is actually trying to get back out onto the deck to go after the snake that isn't there anymore. I cant believe he isn't traumatized like he was with the coyote. I don't know if he remembers anything because he became unconscious very quickly from the snake bit. He is a terrier and they are hunters by breed so I guess he thinks this is normal!

Very hot and humid here again, and fires are burning everywhere. Horrible air quality so I will go and visit my parents in the mountains tomorrow to get a nice break from the heat.

Today I walked outside and did Muscle Endurance. Haven't done ME in years.

Jolie - glad Rusty is doing great. Good luck with the house today.

Diane - I been downloading all my pictures just in case FB looks me out. I am surprised this is all legal? It would be interesting to hear how they will handle FB with the privacy laws Germany has. Crazy! Glad you got it figured out.

Today I did X Train Tabatacise, 45 minutes, 231 calories, heart rate 128/161, 4,347 steps. I then did Kelly's Box Fit workout # 2 no lower mix and also skipped chest and shoulders. This was 17 minutes, heart rate 107/125, 52 calories, 501 steps. I finished off with Lindsey Samper yoga therapy, 26 minutes, 23 calories, 33 steps. I did the chair stretch and the back one which was predominantly core moves like bird dog, bridges, and reverse crunches. Total time was 88 minutes, 306 calories, 4,881 steps. It is ridiculous as I can't even get my heart rate up enough to get decent calories doing Tabatacise. I used the step with two risers and I only did a few of the jumping moves on the rebounder(like tuck jumps) Oh, well. My legs are sore from Kelly's workouts this week

Jolie, I am so glad to hear that Rusty is doing well. I am glad he was there to protect you though. It is crazy. Nice that you were able to get in an upper body workout today after all of that.
 
Diane - nice job on Tabatacise today. I love doing that one on the rebounder. Last time I did that one I didn't use a step either, lol. I did low impact all the way. I forgot how tough Muscle Endurance was. Even my DH said it was tough. I used the same weight Cathe did. Glad I did, I was burning with all the high reps moves. I am glad I decided to do Cathe rotations again. So much fun. You would think FB is violating privacy laws. I am sure someone is suing FB. The world is going crazy :rolleyes:

I did Cardio Overload today off the RAW channel. I did the full workout with all the extra bonuses (but you really can't skip ahead on RAW as there are no chapters.
