Today I did Lift Move Restore Functional Mobility Fusion, 47 minutes, 154 calories, heart rate 95/133. I had planned on doing LMR Core, but my husband checked, and we went to pick up our tax stuff. I thought a slower day would be a good choice. I probably will not work out Friday as I have an appointment with my arthritis doctor.

Debbie, that is odd that the power was out but you were still getting e mails. Nice work on filling in with the treadmill.

Belinda, good job on LMR functional Barre workout. I like it too. I think you will like LMR as you go through them.

Roselyn, good job on Hiit and Upper Body.
 
This morning I did RAW Lower Lift & Kick. I had a great workout, I was worried about my knee but it has been good the past few days. No issues. The knot is easing up, too. I plan to do my PT exercises tomorrow again. Those seem to really help.

Each exercise is 1 minute

Elevated Heel Squats: 25#
R/L Chamber Kicks
Repeat

Glute Squat: 40#
R/L Back Kicks
Repeat

Deadlifts/Squat Ups: 30#
Knee Circle/Twist
Repeat

Alternate Side Lunge: 30#
R/L Side Kick
Repeat

Workout was 43 minutes, burned 269 calories, HR was 118/157.

Diane - I jiust dropped our taxes off to our tax lady on Tuesday. I have a feeling we will be paying this year. I hope not. We just paid our property tax which was $1,000 more than last year. How much money do these people think we have? I hope things change soon. With all the spending waste they are finding, it better.

Yesterday I walked the pup 3 miles in the am and 1.4 miles in the pm. It is so hot today, up in the 80's and then it goes down to the 60's next week with rain. Today I did CL#136 Upper Body Challenge with the Ball and used a bench instead because of my low back issues. I love this workout, it is slow and controlled and your muscles are dead by the end of each muscle group section. Any workout that Cathe uses the ball is my favorite because she cannot go at a fast pace, so I will be choosing these in the future if possible.

Debbie, great job with the workout today and the walk yesterday! Yes, I get in at least 14,000 steps each day and sometimes more. It helps to get in at least 10k steps just with the dog walks. However, I need to build up some muscles in my legs, I will start that next week. The Max Trainer will do the trick, damn is that thing hard to do. We never do our taxes on time, we always have to do an extension, but we money back because my husband pays in so much up front, and we have some right offs.

Diane, nice job on the mobility workout yesterday.

Belinda, great job with the barre workout! I have never done one of those before, not ever! I bet they are so hard.

I had echocardiogram early this morning. I did STS 2 Mat Yoga and zoom dance.

Diane - great job on LMR Functional mobility Fusion and core. I think I will like LMR too. They are not super crazy tough, perfect for me right now. You still get a good workout. Will you pre order the LMR 2? I will put in my order this weekend. I was waiting for something to pick up on the Daily Deals, not seeing anything I already have.

Debbie - great job on your Raw Lower Lift & Kick workout. It‘s crazy how much property taxes we have to pay.

Jolie - I honestly never liked barre until I found SBF. I love barre workouts, lots of stretching/mobility. SBF barre workouts are tough. Cathe‘s barre was on the lighter side. I liked it. Give it a try. Great job on your walk.

Roselyn - great job on hiit and upper body.

Today I did CDorner Low Impact 80's All Standing cardio, 33 minutes, 302 calories, heart rate 127/157, 3,344 steps. I followed with CDorner Post workout stretch recovery workout (most stretches are done for 60 seconds), 32 minutes, 67 calories. I have my Arthritis appt in the morning.

Debbie, good job on Raw Lift and Kick today. I keep hoping all of the increases stop. We just keep getting slapped with someone wanting more money.

Jolie, nice job on CL #136 Upper Body with the ball. You sure get in a lot of steps each day.

Belinda, nice work on getting in STS 2 Mat Yoga and zoom dance. The LMR are not so intense. I up the weights on some of it. I do not have a dread of doing them at all. Functional mobility has enough work on hands though that my wrists hurt and hands were numb last night and kept waking me up. I have wrist issues. I want to order the new series. Just thinking about getting dvds or downloads. I need to make up my mind.
 
This morning I walked on my treadmill and did PT exercises. I'm feeling better. I really wanted to do a boxing workout but thought better of it. Hopefully next week I'll be good to go.

Treadmill workout was 30 minutes, burned 210 calories, went 1.5 miles, did 3564 steps and HR was 123/141.

Jolie - Great workouts! I don't care to use the ball much for weight workouts either. I just don't feel like I'm getting a good workout on it. Especially the preacher curls you do over the ball, those really kill my elbows. I don't know how Cathe does them like that without it hurting her. I've tried everything to adjust the way I am on the ball and nothing helps. I'd rather do hammers. I haven't been on my Max Trainer in forever. I feel bad that it just sits in my workout room and collects dust. I just have such a dread factor. I used to be able to stay on that thing for 20 minutes and do workouts they had under their subscription feed. But I just don't want to do that anymore. Must be getting old!!! LOL!

Belinda - I hope your echo comes out good.

Diane - Nice job with your workout yesterday!! I know, everyone has their hand out for everything but I'd like to know where all our tax dollars are going? Our roads in our area are so bad you can lose a tire. And it seems like when they pave it within 3 years it's all broken and has holes in it again. It's ridiculous. They keep building and building yet nothing changes with roads or infrastructure or traffic. Really angers me.

Diane - good job on CDorner Low Impact 80's All Standing cardioI followed with CDorner Post workout stretch recovery workout. I hope your appointment goes well today. I do have to modify on LMR workouts, my left shoulder is still bordering me. I am working sound my injuries. Have you used the wall with your wrist instead the floor? I been doing that with my shoulder quit a bit. It takes the pressure off. I hope you feel better soon.
