Today is a rest day. After I go to the post office I'll be doing some artwork.
Laura, I don't blame you for worrying about the nice weather you are having. Hoping there are no consequences to endure. All I can say is enjoy and what will be will be. Just be safe.

Since I've been injured I've been doing a lot of soul searching and rethinking what I want for my body. Nearing 62 and prone for injuries at that age I've come to the realization that just wanting to be the best is good for me. Body building results not only depends on genes but also a lot of sacrifices. Don't think the gene is in my family anyway. It's kind of a relief to just relax and enjoy and not rush into getting this perfect body. I don't consider it a failure, just a learning experience. Tried that, not for me, so lets move on. You guys and my family give me the positive motivation to keep going with exercise and to have a happy healthy life. Thank you so much Laura for that.

Thank you so much Renee for assuring me that I'm close to the body building body. In truth though, I just want to do the best I can and live a healthy happy life without injuries. I don't consider it a failure, like I said to Laura, just a learning experience. I am so motivated for Jan. 1 to arrive to get going again on my exercises. I can't wait!

you can do it. Just do the best you can, that's all anyone can do. I will never stop trying to be happy and healthy.
