Getting Our Licks In!

oh forgot to mention Janey that I saw a really cute two piece in Boston proper with a ruffle skirted bottom and bikini top. I think I am going to get it, although I really don't need a new suit as I have gotten some the past two years, but it is adorable...:D

I am feeling really good today. Lots of energy and getting a lot done around the house. I did sts disc 22 today. Awesome is a good word to describe that workout! My triceps are already feeling the DOMS. I may even throw in a short cardio this afternoon. And the hunger never ceases! Muscles like food! Hooray! So do I...lol. Lots of protein going on here.

I've been playing my new wii game Super Mario Brothers. And yep, its what I was hoping for. Very similar to the "old" one, yet with new twists and turns and very addictive. Didn't have time to play it during the week, but I may get a few hours of play this weekend. FUN!

Janie, I like to do two workouts it a day too. Not often, but, when I'm feeling good, I just can't help myself.

Laura, I was sent another lovely "dog" story that I plan I sharing with you on facebook. Glad we are friends :)

Hoping that everyone has a fun, relaxing weekend.

Hi all,

I'm home for a very short while between trips and wanted to say hello! Very tired, by my own choice - I decided to handle the work challenges and the family challenges and the existing obligations instead of letting something slide. And there were positive improvements on all fronts... not enough yet.

Anyway, miss all of you and am going to be back for more than a few sentences soon, though realistically that might mean after my next trip, which is five days rather than nine. ((Hugs)) to everyone and hope you are all doing well! Thinking of our team helps me stay honest with my workouts and nutrition despite all, and that's been a big help :D

Like sister, I also did STS disc 22 today. I couldn't believe I was able to get through the chest flys with 20 pound dumb bells. I did better with those than my chest presses today. For some reason I was struggling with those--using a 46 pound barbell--not sure why. And then I just about crumbled with the shoulder presses. They were super hard today. But I made it through the whole workout and through the extended stretch in for good measure. Unlike sister, I am not doing an extra cardio this afternoon. Crazy sister.

Shadowpup: good to hear from you. Enjoy your short time home with your DH and the animals. The horses must be very out of sorts with you these days, yes? Can't remember the last time you told us about taking them out for a ride. Hope you have time to squeeze one in with them.

Laura: a person can never have enough bathing suits. I'm finding that I really enjoy the MMA workouts. The only one I haven't done yet is MMA Fusion. Maybe I'll give it a go next weekend, to kick off active recovery week.

Quiet day here in Virginia. The sun is shining and the snow continues to melt. If the wind wasn't blowing, it would almost feel like a nip of spring outside today. Spending the day trying to straighten up some loose ends around the house. Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday. Hi to Janie and Shoegal.

Ohhhhhh .... I have been reading the posts. Lately it seems I am never where I am needed, not long enough to do anyone any good ...

But this is the human condition, is it not ? We each do what we can, to our best abilities, and whether it is enough or not is not within our power. All we can do is our best.

Which brings me to Laura. Reading about your Maggie is heartbreaking. There was so little time between the first happy hello and your goodbye in the vet's office. That helpless feeling is so hard, and it seems so unfair to have only a few years. Yet, time together is always far too short, isn't it? The price we pay for loving others is always goodbye. It takes courage to love regardless. You and your girls and Bo gave your time and care to Maggie, and she responded with her own beautiful spirit. All of you were enriched. And ... at the end ... you chose to do what was right for everyone, Laura, and your whole family has benefitted. Even Maggie. And what a lesson the girls learned! Bo, willing to do whatever he could for them and for Maggie and for you, no matter what the cost. Yourself, thinking through your tears about what was truly best for whole family. The girls, facing death of a beloved friend. I am in awe of you. And when the time is right again, that beautiful girl-pup to come will be joining the wonderful home that you made and Maggie helped to prepare. Yours will be an even stronger family and even better home because of your time with her. And in that sense, Maggie will always be with you.

Laura, I read what Shadowpup wrote to you about Maggie. Isn't that the most wonderful message? She does have a way with words. She may not know it, but it helped me too.

Great job on disc 11. Enjoy your day in Boulder with your family. How did your hair turn out? Also enjoy KickMax tomorrow.

I think this cruise is a once in a life time one. But, who knows what is in store for us later? Puppy? Chorkie most likely, the same as Molly. They seem to be the sweetest dogs and kind.

I saw that swim suit in BP I think. It is adorable! Hope you do get that one. All eyes will be on you.;)

Renee, I'm very hungry too. I should probably eat more protein. Maybe I won't be so tired as well.

Enjoy Super Mario Brothers. :D

I usually don't do two workouts in a day, even if I feel more energized. But, it is a rotation I made up and feel I need to do it so I can give a fair review of it. What did I get myself into?

Deborah, So glad you decided to say hello and let us know you are still with our group. Improvements are good, with your challenges at home and work.:) Will look forward to hearing more from you and stories of your animal. Most of all your encouragements for hard times that all of us deal with from time to time. You are such an asset. Prayers and hugs your way.

Michelle, You and your sissy are doing so well with STS. Congratulations for upgrading to a heavier weight. Good for you! I don't blame you for not wanting to do an extra cardio. LOL:eek:

Enjoy your quite day. It sounds so nice.

Janie

Well I can't sleep, it is another full moon, and I am hopeless when it comes to sleeping with a full moon. I know it sounds crazy but it true, if I can't sleep I look out the window and sure enough there is that bright beautiful moon shinning back at me!

So if I can't sleep I thought I would sneek downstairs and check in on my mom's computer....

I had my CPR refresher this morning at the Rec. Center and got in my Disc #12 Meso 1 Legs. Have to admit that my forearms gave way far before my legs did. I guess I will have to go back and find that link Shadowpup gave awhile ago for that grip assistant gizmo.. Have to say I like the way my hamstrings are shapping up, really helping to balance out my legs which tend to be quad heavy..

Me and the girls got haircuts today. The girls cut off their hair for locks of love. Eliza's hair is so thick that they had to put it into two braids to cut of instead of one. The hairdresser said one of her braids was more than they get from most people's head of hair! So their hair is really short now, just above their shoulders. It is cute but I still love their hair long, than they are gorgeous! But they are happy. My hair came out nice as well. I love this girls she does such a good job. Unfortunately she is training to be a police officer so I will lose her next year....what am I to do? So hard to find someone you like when it comes to hair. She is my most favorite hair dresser ever.

Renee: I loved your dog poem! Thanks for sending it. It is so true...Good job on the workouts and I also have been hungry with STS although I am craving more carbs than protein so trying to stick to the healthier carb options..

Shadowpup: so nice to hear from you and thank you for your kind words...it is still hard and I am still sort of in shock from the whole ordeal it happened so fast. She was a rare and magnifcant creature. Everyone who met her described as regal... I was ready for at least 8 more years with her..

Michelle: way to go on those Chest Flys! I was surprised with this last week of Meso 1 that we are already lifting 70% of our max 1RM, what is Meso 2 lifting than?? Yikes! I need more weights, weighted gloves, grip help and I don't have extra $$$ for those right now! STS is amazing and I am loving the results so far in just Meso 1, but it not a cheap endeavor!

Janie: I really love that Bathing suit! I think I will have to get it! I don't know about all eyes being on me but I will feel more confident wearing it now than I did a year ago! THANKS CATHE! A corgie puppy would be so cute! I told a woman about you on SP. She was wondering what would be realistic expectations for herself as a 50 year old woman! I told her, no name mentioned, about your workouts and that you were 59. She wanted to know more about you!! See you are an inspiration to people you don't even know!

OK, I am having some major DOMS from yesterdays STS 22 Shoulders/triceps/chest. My workout card said "59" on the flat bench chest press. Well, I think a did the first set at 56 or 57. Golly that was hard. So I backed off 5 pounds for the next two sets and do I ever feel it today. Plus my shoulders and tri's are screamin' too. But its all good, right? And to top it off later in the day I did Step Moves again. I had such a good time doing it this past Thursday and I had lots of energy to burn, I thought, heck, why not?

Today I did 30/30. That wasn't so bad. Then on to weights and plates from AC abs/sts. Never did that one before. I must have looked pretty funny doing some of those exercises for the first time. But did them to the best of my ability.

The rest of my weekend is going to be spent relaxing, playing wii, watching the olympics. I've been eating a lot of protein and using Gold Standard whey protein. Bananas, grapes, peppers, apricots...oh, the list of such delicious GOOD food. I feel great! Why doesn't everybody eat this way?

Need to check out those swim suits one of these days.

Sleeping good, thank goodness I don't have issues with a full moon. LOL My issues with lost sleep comes with when I have programs right around the corner, say just a few days away and then I can't sleep well.

Joey and I did STS Disc 21 back & biceps. It's such a glorious day out Joey and I also plan on doing a couple of hours of hiking. Can't help ourselves, when the weather is so beautiful here, you just want to be apart of it.

Laura, I wouldn't be surprised if the moon is keeping you up at night.

Wikipedia:
Tides are the rise and fall of sea levels caused by the combined effects of the rotation of the Earth and the gravitational forces exerted by the Moon and the Sun. The tides occur with a period of approximately 12 and a half hours and are influenced by the shape of the near-shore bottom.[1][2][3]
Most coastal areas experience two daily high (and two low) tides. This is because at the point right "under" the Moon (the sub-lunar point), the water is at its closest to the Moon, so it experiences stronger gravity and rises. On the opposite side of the Earth (the antipodal point), the water is at its farthest from the moon, so it is pulled less; at this point the Earth moves more toward the Moon than the water does—causing that water to "rise" (relative to the Earth) as well. In between the sub-lunar and antipodal points, the force on the water is diagonal or transverse to the sub-lunar/antipodal axis (and always towards that axis), resulting in low tide.[4]
Tide prediction is important for coastal navigation. The intertidal zone, the strip of seashore that high tide submerges and low tide exposes, is an important ecological product of ocean tides.
While tides are usually the largest source of short-term sea-level fluctuations, sea levels are also subject to forces such as wind and barometric pressure changes, resulting in storm surges, especially in shallow seas and near coasts.
Tidal phenomena are not limited to the oceans, but can occur in other systems whenever a gravitational field that varies in time and space is present. For example, the solid part of the Earth is affected by tides.

If this force is happening because of the sun and moon, then why couldn't it affect our bodies as well?

Not to enable on purpose, but I bought the versa gripps and they are fantastic. Here is the link.

Congratulations for seeing results with your hard earned exercises. Great job!

I'm also growing my hair for Locks of Love. I think I have several more months to go. It's really a great cause. I'm very fortunate to have my sister as my hairdresser. I just don't trust anyone else. Can you maybe make a deal with your hairdresser for future hair appt. Maybe do hairstyles on the weekend or something like that? You never know unless you ask?

I'm so glad you are going to get that bathing suit. Yeah!

Not that I don't like corgies, I'm sure they are wonderful, but I want to get a Chorkie. Part chihuahua and part Yorkshire terrier.

I'm an inspiration to people I don't even know? Well, how about that. That is so nice hear.:D

Renee, Congratulations on getting DOM's with your exercises. Means you are doing a great job. I don't know if that's true or not in all cases, but I think it is with you. YEAH! Love Step Moves too.:) You seem very consistent with your plans with the best of your ability and by doing so, there is no way you won't improve your health and body. Very proud of you.:D

My gosh, your diet does look fantastic. Have you tried green smoothies. I bet you would like them. I have a few recipes if you want. Let me know.

Janie

HIIT 30/30 and STS abs weights and plates. I'm feeling like I'm getting a little better with 30/30 or maybe I just had more umph in my giddy-up today. That weights and plates workout is something else. I was feeling good and wanted to try out my new 5 lb ankle weights so I strapped those puppies on instead of my 2-3 pounders. Oh boy. I got through the first 6 minutes and then had to pull them off on the bicycles. I'm thinking this could become my new favorite for abs with time. I really liked the plate work. Those moves at the end are alot like inverted pikes on the ball except you are using plates (or in my case, 2 lean cuisine boxes). Pretty darn awesome ab work that's all I've got to say. I couldn't get through all the plate reps but it sure will be great when I finally can.

Laura: I didn't notice the moon last night. Must have clouded up here a bit. I know what you mean about your hairdresser. I've been going to the same person for almost 26 years! From time to time, I've had to go to another person in her salon, which is okay as an occasional thing but it's just not the same. You really get used to the way a person handles your head. Shadowpup really has a way with words. I think she captured the essence of how we all feel in our hearts for you and for our pets. Thank God for our Shadowpup.

Speaking of pups: Ripken is laying right under my feet getting a good snooze in. Earlier, he took up his post in the bedroom and watched my workout, then he got his licks in during the stretch. Some how he managed to sit on my head while I was trying to do the superman moves during the ab work. Silly pup.

Shadowpup: So happy to read your wise and caring words. I think we all miss you when you are away, but that's the way things go sometimes. I'm thinking I will also need a pair of those versa grips. We'll see.

Janie: I'm glad you are looking forward. You've got your cruise coming up and another puppy sounds like just the ticket to me. Male or female? We got little Rippy in mid-March, 9 years ago. Springtime is a great time for a new pup--to experience spring through the eyes of a pup. Nothing else like it. Ripken agrees.

Sister, sister, sister--I had a feeling you would be feeling those muscles today. Just think of where you were 3 years ago (not on a diet and not exercising), two years ago, and then today. I'm proud of you. BTW, mom thinks you've lost your mind but I think she is proud of you too.

Shoegal: so, how much snow in Pittsburgh? Lots or not so much?

~michelle

Disc 23--legs--first thing this morning. Felt really good, even those low plane lunges which really aren't a favorite. Got through all the target weights--even inched a couple up higher.

Okay--I've got one of my junior colleagues is here for a discussion.
Back later.
~michelle

Did BBL Sculpt and SC Cardio Core Circuit. Whew. OMG!

Michelle
, Ooooo, love the way you described your workout . It does sound like one to grow into. Challenges are so goooooooood! Now I can't wait to do this. Will have to wait though until I'm done with the rotation. Disc 23, Oh my. You are good.:)

Ripkin is such a clown. LOL What a darling pup he is when he can make his master laugh. And us too. Hugs and pets to him.

I'm really wanting a female puppy. Joey is not a doggie person, he's more of a kitty person, and I'm more of a doggie person. After I told him I wanted another dog he said to me he didn't want one. Not that he didn't love Molly, he just isn't a dog person. We fought about that for a couple of weeks, and I wasn't winning at all. So, I thought I'd compromise and told him I'd make a deal with him. That I will wait for one year before we have another puppy. He agreed. I was lucky becsuse he truly didn't want another one and was not giving in at all. I kinda have to wait I think until at least this Fall. I'm yearning for one but a deal is a deal. And I'm not the only one that lives here. As the months go by, I'll be looking on line to see and drool over some wonderful pups.

Hello everyone!!

On Saturday DH and I went to some wineries in Ohio - the wine trail we went to was little - there was maybe 3 or 4 of them - so we went off trail to find a couple more. My taste buds were definitely off - I hated everything I tasted - didn't want to buy any wine. DH picked out most of what we bought. These wineries were expensive too - it makes it a lot easier not to buy wine when it is $20 or more for a bottle. A couple times Rex wanted to sit and sip a glass at some of the nicer places - especially if there was a nice little fire there - but it was really difficult when I didn't like anything - I really don't want to force down a glass of wine I don't like. :p It was a nice day all in all.

On Sunday I did Kari Anderson's Curl - ab workout. Love Kari - as always. Tried to watch the closing ceremonies of the Olympics - it was boring me to death to be honest - anybody else feel that way?

Michelle - yeah we had about 6 inces on Friday/Saturday - it was actually snowing pretty hard in Ohio - don't think it was as bad in Butler. I really think it is going to warm up this week to a point where most of the snow will melt and cause a flood. Rex and I were actually enjoying the weather - first decent winter in quite awhile. I'll be sorry to see it go.

Shawdowpup - good to have you back - I am positive that all of your kids have been missing you big time!!! And - of course - us too!!!

Laura - can't sleep with a full moon either. There are all of these huge windows in the house - the one in our bedroom is massive - takes up an entire wall - so if there is a full moon it is tooo much. I lay and just watch it.

Oh - gee busy day - hello out there to everyone else - I have to be off!!! I'm thinking about doing Amy Bento's ASC again tonight - haven't completely quenched my desire for this one quite yet so I thought I'd give it another go.

Well I had another lovely dinner with you ladies!:D It has been great to have my mom here but I miss my girls! And DH is working crazy long hours and I hate to come home to an empty house so it so WONDERFUL to have all of you! (((HUGS))) By the way we had chicken breast with tons of spinach sautéed in a little olive oil and lots of garlic and a little bit of Udon noodles. Very simple but hit the spot after my 3 classes today!

We had a great time at the Natural History Museum. Made me re-appreciate this amazing planet we live on! Thanks for that info. by the way Janie, perfect after my NH discovery day! This is an amazing world we live on isn't it? I didn't get my cardio in before hand, as I didn't sleep well I ended up sleeping in, or trying to anyways...But we were on our feet for four hours at the museum and probably burnt more calories over time than I would have with a workout...although both together would have been more! Oh well...

Catchick: hold it! Did you say 55 lbs, holy molly girl! How high do your dumbbells go? I see a major purchase in my future with Meso 2! Shoot! Can't really afford that right now, still recovering from X-mas and dental work (cough)! You are hitting it hard! Good thing your diet is so clean!
It is amazing how good we feel when we do take care of ourselves isn't it?
You really have come an amazing long way as Michelle, who certainly knows better than any of us, referred to! AWESOME JOB!

Janey: did you get out for your hike! Are you close to the beach? You also are really hitting it hard with 2 workouts! Back on track must feel good!:D
That sounds like a good compromise with Joey on the puppy! You will find the perfect pup when you are ready! I am not...:( To be honest today was the hardest day yet, past the shock and now into the grief..

Michelle: I love the Weight and Plates abs too! And man oh man an extra few pounds on those make a HUGE difference! They are like shoulders, little jumps in weights, huge difference in how we feel it.! Ripken is such a good pup, give him a doggy treat from me!:D 26 years with the same hairdresser, now she most be awesome! That is a great idea about asking her to keep cutting my hair on the side! She is the first person who just gets it right every time!

Shoegal: good to hear from you! It would be so fun to go with you and Rex on a wine tour! I think that is such a sweet and romantic thing to do! Sorry nothing tasted right, was it the same harvest of grapes, meaning the same year? As usual you are peaking my interest in another instructor! It does seem like you keep coming back to Kari..

I'm sorry but I made a mistake reporting my exercises. I meant to say that tonight was the BBL Sculpt. And of course I already did Cardio Core Circuit this morning. That one was really hard, had to modify in areas. OOPS:eek:

Shoegal, It doesn't sound at all good if you had to drink wine, or couldn't find wine that you liked.:(

I love Kari too. How is she doing lately? Haven't been able to do one of her workouts in a long time.

enjoy Amy's ASC tonight. Has this one quenched your desire yet?;)

Laura, OOOOOO, I did enjoy your wonderful meal this evening. You are a remarkable chef and hostess.:D Thank you for inviting me over.

I just love what this earth has to offer us. It's beauty is beyond words. So glad I'm here in it. It truly is amazing.

Joey and I did get out for a hike yesterday. It was so warm and perfect weather for it. Love days like that. We even sometime went hand in hand. Isn't that cool?

I'm really not ready yet for a puppy either this time around. In the past when one of my doggies died, I immediately went and got another. It helped me grieve less because I was so busy taking care and training another. Not that they aren't worth it, but it also filled the void that was so strongly there. The new puppy filled in that void is all. Does that make sense?

Janie

Last night I plugged in Amy Bento's ASC III all set to go - started off great - motivated - full of energy - did all of the warm up - first combo - perfect - missed some steps of the 2nd combo . . . stood there watching - movitvation diminishing - less enthusiastic - bored, maybe - don't want to do it - turned it off.:( Yep - turned it off - couldn't do this workout??!?!?! Put on a movie - stared to watch it while sitting on my step -I was actually enjoying it while stewing in my guilt. "Exercise is cumulative" I thought - I could just pick up where I left off - no harm done. I found some new motivation thinking about you - Renee. You were overweight - you weren't exercising, eating poorly - look how far you've come!!! I knew you weren't sitting on your step watching a movie - well - I knew I could finish this workout. Up I went - started over again with combo 2 - and an hour and 30 minutes later I was finished - completely drenched in sweat and very happy!!! :):D:):D:) So I had a great workout last night.

Janie - glad that you are getting out and about with Joey - hiking sounds fabulous!!! It also sounds like you are working hard on your workouts. You are right - living with another person means that you have to compromise and make some deals - I'm sure whatever is decided regarding a new puppy will be the right decision. Rex and I are of the same mind that says go out and get another dog immediately after one dies. We don't, however, think the same about cats. Rex hates them. I don't think I'll ever change his mind about it. I can always count on you to know all these instructors I'm spending my workout hour with - you must have an immense collection!!

Laura - yes - thank you for dinner - actually wish I had some too - it sounded really really good!!!! I don't cook as a general rule - make salads alot-and I can heat up some things. I would not say that I can't cook - I just choose not to. I can really appreciate someone who knows their way around a kitchen. Your family is very lucky to have you. Sounds like a wonderful fun day at the Natural History museum - now I want to go!!!

Going to get my day started - hope you all have a good one.

Hi all, apologies in advance for another skimpy post - but I head out of here in about an hour and a HALF! SIGH. Did a Kelly Coffey-Meyer last night, about 45 minutes, so as to have at least a little whole body weight work before leaving. This cold/flu/whatever is still lingering and I am babying it a little. The one I did was Cardio Sculpt. Fun! No rest breaks, light weights high reps - just right. Seemed like a much kinder/gentler Insanity.

Had a thought about you and STS, Laura, and equipment, while I was looking at my dvd collection last night. How about trying the Slow and Heavy approach when you max out on the dumbbells etc you've got now? That way you'll get more time under tension, and you can keep the rep count the same, yet 'feel' more weight. It isn't going to be exactly the same, but you'll still see gains. If you want to, you could begin by going slow on the down/eccentric motion and normal speed for the up/concentric motion for Meso 2, and then slow both of them down in Meso 3. In Meso 3 you also have the option to do plyo rather than heavy weights for the Leg work. I don't know what the ratio is between 'slow' and 'normal' paces when it comes to the 1RM, but if you retested one or two moves between Meso1 and Meso2 you could probably figure it out. Well, this is  probably a silly idea but then what can you expect from a disoriented traveller? :D

Hi to everyone else - Renee, you've come a long way and I want to go back and read Michelle's post about your mutual progress. Michelle, want to share my own sis story with you when I get back from this next trip. She took me to her own gym and I have now used an actual squat rack for the first time. And now I need one!!!

Janie, thanks for everything and enjoy your beach time. You really deserve it. Look out a few time over the beach for me, okay? And do more hand-holding with Joey. Not possible to do too much of that :D

Shoegal, I really related to your story about restarting your Amy, and the guilt in the middle! What a better response, though, than picking up the icecream!!! What a great workout.

Oops, this is longer than I thought to write, and now my bags need packing. Back Friday night, so will "see" you Saturday ... unless they have a good internet connection where I'm headed.

Last night did a Tracy Anderson workout - quite hard on the abs I have to say and I quite enjoyed it. My puppies came in and loved me up and I thought of Michelle and Ripken as I got kisses from my Dottiepie. Scout laid down beside me as I did some leg lifts. I was thinking it seems as if it has been a little while since I've done a Cathe workout and I think I'll do Athletic Step this evening! Gee - I'm already looking forward to it.

Shadowpup - take good care of yourself - the cold/flu season is still upon us and it could certainly zap your energy a bit. As you know, it is good to listen to signals from your body and act accordingly - if you feel you need to baby yourself - then I say - DO IT!! I only have one workout from KCM - I like her though - and that cardio sculpt actually sounds like the one I have!!! I'm going to have to check.

Hello out there to everyone else - Janie, Michelle, Laura, Ironlady, Catchick - hope you all have a great day.

Sorry for not posting yesterday, been a busy day. Yesterday Joey and I did STS Disc 31 Chest & Back. Today we did BBL Tummy Tuck and I did the Insanity Cardio Recovery. The last one was so needed to stretch those muscles out.

Shoegal, Oh, Shoegal, I'm so proud of you for continuing with your workout! What a wonderful way (when you don't want to workout) to think of an inspiration and then going on with it. I have days like that to, but unfortunately, I don't finish. Thank you for your inspiration. The next time I will remember you and then I'll think of Renee too. What better inspiration is that? Two for the price of one. Thank you;).

I do have way over 400 DVD's. I just can't help it. And I love them all, but I'm pretty much consistent with Cathe. When I do others workouts it's for a short time, just to get my body confused. I love variety as you can tell. What is that saying? "Variety is the spice of life". I find that to be so true for me.LOL I suppose it's no different from planting huge amounts of bulbs to a huge amount of decorations. I think we all do it to some degree or another. Don't we? Just let me know what you want to know about an instructor and I pretty much have the info. LOL

Deborah, What a great way to describe Cardio Sculpt. I believe that's a perfect description of it.LOL

I will look over the beach for you whenever we visit the ocean. It will be a pleasant thought.;) You know, hand holding with Joey is very nice. Makes me feel comfortable, you know what I mean?

Shoegal, Tracey Anderson is one I haven't gotten yet. Madonna's trainer, Yes? Is she any good? Good job on your workout. Enjoy Athletic Step tonight. I like that one as well. What can I say? LOL

Have a great evening everyone, I'll check back later just to how everyone is doing.

Janie

I tried to post last night on my Iphone but I couldn't find our thread!

Yesterday was Pilates class and then I had to run to Boulder to take DD to the Dentist for her 1st cavity, then went and looked at some condos with mom and realtor, than rush back to school to grab the girls to take them to a paint your own pottery place to paint some mugs for their class auction project which is a Noah's Arc theme place setting painted by the children, so I didn't get my STS workout in or the SC KB I had brought down just in case there was time...

I had the most fabulous day on the slopes with a good friend, great weather, blue skies and awesome conditions!:eek::eek: I teach Pilates tonight and I hope to maybe squeeze in my workout that I missed yesterday. I will have to see where my energy is at though... .

Opps got to run, might be back later for personals!
