Does anyone have a fit tower rotation using the 3 dvds that came with it? I'm not ready for the Advanced workouts yet.
I designed this rotation yesterday - it has a few other videos in it, but I think it's do-able for me:
Week 1
Cathe - Slim & Trim
Chris Freytag - Walk, Sweat & Sculpt: Upper Body
Cathe - Long & Strong
Chris Freytag - Walk, Sweat & Sculpt: Lower Body
Cathe - Lean & Mean
Cathe - LITE: Bodyweight & Bands
Pilates & Stretch
Week 2
Cathe - Slim & Trim
Chris Freytag - Walk & Tone Express
Cathe - Long & Strong
Chris Freytag - Power Walking: Tone Every Zone
Cathe - Lean & Mean
Cathe - LITE: Metabolic Blast
Pilates & Stretch
Week 3
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Total Body Timesaver Premix #1
Cathe - Slim & Trim
Chris Freytag - 2 Mile Endurance Walk
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Legs, Glutes & Core Timesaver Premix #1
Cathe - Long & Strong
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Total Body Timesaver Premix #3
Pilates & Stretch
Week 4
Cathe - Slim & Trim
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Bootcamp Timesaver Premix #1
Cathe - Long & Strong
Chris Freytag - Walk & Tone Express
Cathe - Lean & Mean
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Bootcamp Timesaver Premix #3
Pilates & Stretch
Week 5
Cathe - LITE: Rev'd Up Rumble - Timesaver Premix #5
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Legs, Glutes & Core Timesaver Premix #1
Chris Freytag - Walk & Tone to the Max
Cathe - Fit Tower Advanced - Total Body Timesaver Premix #1
Cathe - Lean & Mean
Cathe - LITE: PHA2
Pilates & Stretch
Cathe's Basic Step and Low Impact Step, as well as the new Intermediate Step routine on Cathe's Step Sync DVD could be substituted for any of the walking cardio. Similarly, the Strong Body Stacked Sets DVDs could be used in place of the Fit Tower Advanced - Total Body DVD, and the ICE Bootcamp DVD could be used instead of the Fit Tower Advanced Bootcamp DVD. Likewise, ICE To The Mat could be substituted for Fit Tower Advanced Legs, Glutes & Core.
Hope this helps!
