Fit Tower Rotation?

Does anyone have a fit tower rotation using the 3 dvds that came with it? I'm not ready for the Advanced workouts yet.
 
Hi! If you go to the " new videos and dvd" section and search for " fit tower user guide" you will find a post with links to all user guides. In each of them many different rotations are included, I am sure you will find what you are looking for. Hope this may help!

I designed this rotation yesterday - it has a few other videos in it, but I think it's do-able for me:

Week 1

Chris Freytag - Walk, Sweat & Sculpt: Upper Body
Cathe - Long & Strong
Chris Freytag - Walk, Sweat & Sculpt: Lower Body
Cathe - Lean & Mean
Cathe - LITE: Bodyweight & Bands

Week 2

Cathe's Basic Step and Low Impact Step, as well as the new Intermediate Step routine on Cathe's Step Sync DVD could be substituted for any of the walking cardio. Similarly, the Strong Body Stacked Sets DVDs could be used in place of the Fit Tower Advanced - Total Body DVD, and the ICE Bootcamp DVD could be used instead of the Fit Tower Advanced Bootcamp DVD. Likewise, ICE To The Mat could be substituted for Fit Tower Advanced Legs, Glutes & Core.
