YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 45 Minute Rhythm Ride Indoor Cycling Class - (Apr 3, 21) = 49 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- The Dessert Stretching Exercise= 12 Min

Great workouts!

Tonight I was able to get in an IFit elliptical Basic Mobility Series workout and
A blender - "Pyramid Up-Chest, Triceps & Shoulders"

Have a Good Friday.....

Friday workout: Coffeyfit Raw “Lower Body Limitations”. This is a great upper
Body workout, using weights and egg weights for boxing intervals, all seated
On chair or lying on a bench....even the warmup & egg weights boxing is
Seated. Really enjoyed!

Hi Linda,

I'm very sore with major or even General DOMS. I an barely walk so I decided to take a rest day.

Great job with yesterday's workout with : IFit elliptical Basic Mobility Series workout and
A blender - "Pyramid Up-Chest, Triceps & Shoulders". High gibe on Thursday's workout! Wow and today's workout also with: Coffeyfit Raw “Lower Body Limitations”. That is an interesteing workout sounds like fun.

So today was a rest day for me. I will see how I feel tomorrow as to whether workout or not. Hopefully, fingers crossed I will possibly be able to do so.

IFit treadmill & cross training studio workout...gosh, they have so many workouts, I just get overwhelmed sometimes, deciding which one to do and

Great job on your workout the other day with: IFit treadmill & cross training studio workout...It's good there io much variety but I van understand getting overwhelmed just pick what you can handle on any given day.

I just finished Sunday's Substitute workout for Friday's no workout due to Shot #2 Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine. I will now check in.

Hi Nora, how did the 2nd Shot go? I still haven't done it yet :(

Monday was a Coffeyfit Raw Travel Sculpt workout...it was long -46 min. But
Went quickly...she only uses tubing & egg weights....tabata style....really liked it
Even though 46 min. Is a bit long for me...at one time...but hope to do again...

I have not had it yet. I have an appointment Friday for the 2nd Moderna Shot. That's why I worked out Sunday making up for Friday's shot. I do not plan to workout Friday- Sunday anticipating needing to allow for recovering from shot. Not sure how I will feel then.
