On chair or lying on a bench....even the warmup & egg weights boxing is
Seated. Really enjoyed!
I'm very sore with major or even General DOMS. I an barely walk so I decided to take a rest day.

A blender - "Pyramid Up-Chest, Triceps & Shoulders". High gibe on Thursday's workout! Wow and today's workout also with: Coffeyfit Raw “Lower Body Limitations”. That is an interesteing workout sounds like fun.
So today was a rest day for me. I will see how I feel tomorrow as to whether workout or not. Hopefully, fingers crossed I will possibly be able to do so.
