Hi Linda ,

Sorry I did not check in yesterday. I had a Covid-19 vaccination shot 1 of 2 of Moderna. I decided to give myself a few days to deal with side effects before I attempt to workout. So for me that will probably be Monday fingers crossed. The Modnera side effects for me so far is soreness in injection arm, warm tingling sensation, tiredness, extreme thirst, chills, and nausea. This all comes and goes for me in waves. So, I'm hanging in there.

I hope all went well with Jack's first bath. I know getting one's hair done can be almost theraputic so I hope that went well and relaxing. Have a blessed and wonderful weekend!

Blender - "Body by Band"

Don't know what I might do today....something I hope....

Sunday: hope you're feeling ok, my workout today was an
IFit cycle workout- "Biking for Beginners". (I think the beginner was that is was
Shorter, about 25 min. And it had a crosstraining section off the bike as well,
All within the 25 min.
Really liked it.....

Hi Nora, hope you are doing ok. I renewed my subscription for a month to
Kelly's Coffeyfit Raw app, so Monday's workouts were Coffeyfit Raw Home Gym
Intervals using treadmill (I have been missing this one). I also did an IFIT rowing
Workout- "Pure Rowing Series Workout #1"

I am Ok feeling as of today. I had the Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine shot 1 of 2 Friday May 28,2021. I had an immediate side effect of a sore arm from injection site like you would expect plus; a warm tingling sensation in the arm I had the shot in.
Then after that the side effects varied. The numerous side effects were in waves aside from one constant of thirst, keep hydrated.
I experienced waves of being exhausted, chills, nausea, trouble word finding. Today I woke up feeling normal. So definitely allow for a few days after shot to deal with the side effects. My DH had sore arm,headache, lip tingling, trouble word finding, and in general felt under the weather. My son just had the sore arm. The Side effects can vary.

Great job with your workouts & feeling better, that's great...
No workout today for me, Jack takes up a lot of my time in the evenings,but
At least I am getting outdoor walks in again. After being gone during the day,
I feel like I need to spend time with him "on the couch " in the evenings:)

Thursday AM: I did get in a Peloton 20 min. Classical Treadmill walk ...Yay!

Great job with your workout yesterday with Jenny-Walk Across America--Massachusetts. I've done that one I really am enjoying Jenny Ford's Walk Across America program.
I have done the Massachusetts walk, that was a fun one, WTG and high fives on your workout. Then today's AM workout was amazing with Ifit rowing workout, "Upriver Mukambi Lodge, Kafue River, Zambia."

Workout, "Basic Mobility Workout #3". Was hoping for something else, but it
Ain't going to happen! :)
