I hope all is well with you. It's getting very hot where I live. I think they said on the news Friday or Saturday is expected to reach 104 degrees. Ok, that is crazy hot for me! Anthing above 75 degrees is out of my comfortzone. I hope you are cool and comfy where you are.

Hope you’re doing ok :)

Today was Coffeyfit Raw 40 min. Treadmill workout. I really like that workout, I walk,power walk,etc...but I still feel it. It’s tabata style and she includes hill climbs
and a 8 part round of standing push-ups & squats, straddling treadmill. Good stuff!

Also did: RowVigor 30*10 rowing workout on YT
Blender- Pyramid Down-Chest, Triceps & Shoulders
CatheLive: Kickboxing,Hiit & Core (warmup, kickbox combo right & left sides, core, & stretch)

How are you doing? How's Jack? Thanks for your well wishes. Well, I got my 2nd Covid-19 Moderna shot. I think side effects I experienced were not unexpected. I experienced the following: Sore arm at injection site, low-grade fever comes amd goes in waves, thiry, and some muscle aches.
I had three days of symptoms and they got better each day. When I woke up (today) Monday I feel normal. I did sleep really well during days 1-3 though I know there have been reports of not sleeping well.

IFit treadmill walk - one of my “Map created workouts” - 15 min.
IFit Bike & Box Workout #1 -32 min.

Monday was CatheLive Push Pull Total Body - 41 min.

Hi Nora, great job on your spinning & low impact workouts....

Today for me was IFit Rowing & Shadow Boxing combination workout. That was fun, about 12 min. of rowing, then off rower for shadow boxing, some lower body exercises, a little more boxing and a good stretch. About 32 min. Total.

Back to add in Wednesday workouts:

Peloton 30 min. Treadmill/Upper Body Bootcamp
CoffeyFit Raw “ Arms & Shoulders Finisher” - approx. 15 min.
IFit treadmill walk - "St. Paul's Cathedral Walk in London" - 26 min.

Peloton Low Impact Ride (shorter one- prob. 10-15 min.)
