Peloton Low Impact Ride -short one - 10 min.

Tuesday workouts (back to work :( day):
IFit Rowing- "Endurance Pyramids-Lake Lucerne, Switzerland"
CatheLive "Fantastic Elastic" (I did a 25 min. mix from this workout)

Hi Nora, well, I did a "1st" tonight, I did my Thursday workouts tonight. :)
I'm ahead of myself....but I had the time....

IFit treadmill walk at Rendezvous Bay, Antigua. Beautiful aqua blue water.....
Also, Jessica's 10 min. Steppin' Strength Walk (used my egg weights) from her
10 min. Quick Walk Mix dvd.

I may or may not do something actually on Thursday....guess I could do Friday

Kelly's Boxfit dvd.. did a premix of the Weight Workout.

Hi Nora, hope you are feeling better this morning. Great job yesterday...

I guess today was "Kelly" day.....I did CoffeyFit Raw "Get Up & Move" cardio warmup, followed by her new
Arms & Legs finisher workout. Liked that one alot. Finished up doing some of my favorite cardio segments
from several of her dvds, programmed them in my dvd player. That was fun too. That's probably it today.

Well done on Sunday's workout with: CoffeyFit Raw "Get Up & Move" cardio warmup, followed by her new

Tuesday, for me, is The Firm Time Crunch Cardio & Sculpting with Allie.....One of my favorite "newer" Firm
dvds.....that dvd is where I got the modification I use for Burpees ! Have a good day !

Wow! I'm envious now after reading your check in. I love the The Firm especially the old ones. One of my all time fave's is "Time Crunch " with Allie. The Firms were awesome and still are.

Friday I did an IFit Google map street view treadmill walk in the downtown of my
City. That was neat, I haven't been down there for awhile and it was good to
