Sorry about not checkin yesterday, I lost internet, and decided to take a rest day since it was about 3PM and 100 degrees here did not feel like it. I went to post this and we had lost internet so Iam making up for it today with a double duty workout (Combinging Thursdays workout with a tweak or two on today's workout.

Wow, Nicely done on Thursday's workouts with: Thursday workout was on the elliptical, IFit Getting Started with Wt. Loss Series, Workout #4 and adding-on one more workout for Thursday- with IFit Bike & Box Workout # 2.Bravo and double high fives on all your workouts.

Here's today's workout:

The Firm Ignite- Interval Blast = 20 Min
The Firm- Turbo Charge Weight Loss- Burn & Firm= 20 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- HOT & HEAVY HIIT Indoor Cycling Class - 20 Min FAT BURN= 21 Min
YT- Spin Junkie-THROWBACK: 80s POP 30 MIN SPIN CLASS RHYTHM CYCLING WITH WEIGHTS= 32 Min
XTrain- D9- Tabatacise- Premix # 2= 37 Min

Hi Nora, great job.....oh I see you did Firm workouts.....:). It's fun to revisit them..
It's a pain to lose internet.. I get frantic...cause I hop on it so often...too often :)
And my cell phone isn't a smart phone just a phone so I can't get on it that way.

Friday workout was Coffeyfit Raw Ripped & Ride,Jan. 2020.

i am back to add in 1 more.....Coffeyfit Raw Travel Sculpt..this time I did the warmup,
Rounds 5 -7 and the stretch, for just under a 30 min.workout...this is the one with tubing & egg weights, tabata-style.

Tonight I did get in a short IFit Strength workout - "Dyrholaey Black Sand Beach
South Coast, Iceland" Hiit dumbbell workout. At least I got something in:)

Love the places you get to do workouts in via your fitness passport, awesome stuff and you can't beat the airfare and travel expenses. Bravo, nothing wrong with shorter workouts sounds like you did cardio and weights, love it.

Yes, I am lovingt the Firm Express workouts. I'm not following the program but using them as HiiT sytle add-ons. They are fun eventhough this is mainly new generation of firm instructors, but still good and demo correct form & technique. I'm having fun with them, its kind of sad the Firm is no more.

Warmup followed by a blender 10 min. Step add-on.

Tonight I just finished Walking on the treadmill with IFit "Old North Church Walk,
Boston, Mass.". That was a little less than 30 min.

Now to the couch with Jack!

Core De Force- MMA Shred= 38 Min started to do This one felt dizzy dided to stop. I had the Shingrix Vaccine yesterday, they said I may experience Mild flu like symptoms, fever, Chills etc, may last couple of days. So I think thats the culprit. So I had to Stop after bike workout skipping MMA Shred

YT-- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 45 min Cycling Workout for YOU!= 46 Min

My Sunday workouts were a mix of dvd workouts & YouTube. I found a treadmill
Walk series under Run The Impossible on YouTube. Some really neat workouts
There....so.....

Skier workout - VideoSki Telluride, Colorado.
Rower workout- Rowing Machine Companion Charles River, Massachusetts.
Treadmill workout- Nickelodeon Universe in Mall of America in Minnesota.

Enjoyed all of them.

Yes, I am feeling better, thanks for asking. It took until day 3 after shot to feel better. My arm stil feels sore that I had the shot in I'm sure that will get better as well.
