That's it for me today. Tomorrow is my mammogram so thinking positive and being prayerful.

Hi Nora, good job today.....I did an elliptical workout Monday, but didn't workout
Tuesday, I have been blending some new workouts using the new workouts!
Hope to try some soon. Have you gotten yours yet??

Tonight (Wednesday) I did treadmill using IFit- National Botanical Gardens Walk,
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Sorry no workouts today. I went with my DH to his parents house to do yard work on it. It was hot and took most of the day. I originally thought I'd go and come back home then workout, but I decided not to between the effects of the heat bothering me and time, it was just way to late. I hope to do better tomorrow.

Yes, I got my new Cathe dvd's yesterday been too busy to preview them yet. Good job on your elliptical workout Monday, high fives:) Nicely done on Wednesday's workout with the treadmill using IFit- National Botanical Gardens Walk, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I love allyour fitness passport workouts they sound so fun. Douuble high fives ;);)

Hi Nora, hope your Saturday is going well....

My workouts today were:

Blender- 15 min. Bands (this was an older one, nothing with new workouts, using tubing, long latex band, and
Firewalker loop.

Peloton 20 min. 90's Treadmill walk

Rower- Ifit "Ultimate Time Crunch Series,Workout # 12"

Blender- "Band It: Chest & Back" (this did have a couple segments from the new Boss Bands workout, using
the Fabric long band & also tubing) Enjoyed it !

How did your mammogram go? have you heard back yet? Hoping all went well.

ps. I forgot to mention about Cathe's Boss Band Total Body premix I did today was great. Those bands do have tension as I noticed right away. I couldn't help thinking this will great for travel, or if your getting back into fitness due to illness or injury etc.. Good stuff I liked them.:)

Hi Nora, wow, 70 min. On the bike!!!! I salute you... yes, I figured Cathe’s bands would
really have some tension to them even the light...I was going to get them, but have decided not to, I like the ones I got from Amazon, and even ordered 2 more different sets, :). And the cost with free shipping was still less than hers....

My Sunday workouts were:

Blender - “Boss Loops TimeSaver #1”
On Treadmill - IFIT “Capitol Mall Walk, Midtown Nashville, Tennessee “
Peloton 10 min. Treadmill Warmup...followed by Coffeyfit Raw “Heavy Bag 4 workout”

ETA: one more Sunday workout, an "oldie but goodie". Body Bar Kickbox
Circuit Workout. I only did the warmup, 2 circuits & stretch which came to
About 30 min. Each circuit was conditioning with the body Bar and a kickbox
Segment. It's a fun workout. Keli Roberts is one of the background exercisers.

Friday I will not be working out due to stuff going on. I have an hair cut appointment and also having an appliance repair person coming over to hpefully fix our 3 month old new dryer underwaranty and either fix or access what the problem is and order new parts and make appoinment to fix it. So its been 2 or 3 weeks of line drying, but the weather is changing so I need it fixed. I hope you have a great Friday and workout, take care!
