You are right, its probably separation anxiety. It is a big change for him having a home with new sights, smells and routines to adjust to.
Nicely done on yesterday's workout with IFit treadmill “20 second Intervals” Peloton 5 min. Cardio Dance Warmup with blender - “STS Legs add-on”,sounds like fun.
Even if your workouts are a bit different now with the addition of a new fur kid, please stop by and letme know how you are doing.
Fit the workouts in when you can besides its good to change up things a bit. Because its important for you.

I was able to get in a short blender last night - "Back & Chest # 2 and this PM
I did a short Ifit cycle workout - "Mining Towns Recovery Ride, Lowell, Arizona."
Also 2 short outdoor neighborhood walks with Jack.

Don't know about tomorrow.....one day at a time!

Nicely done yesterday PM with: a short blender- X-train Compound
Workout. I ran around did errands and then took shower earlier than usual since I skipped the workout.
I've been feeling burned out lately so I needed yesterday off. I will treat next week much like this one but
adding back some LITE weight workouts along with Spinning and other cardio we'll see.

Hi Nora, great job yesterday with PHA 2 & walking-spinning.

This AM I did get in an IFit treadmill workout- "Need for Speed"...I don't run, but
I walked/power walked instead and enjoyed it a lot.

Jack gets his first bath today, I hope it goes well. Taking him to Petco. That's

Hi Linda ,

Sorry I did not check in yesterday. I had a Covid-19 vaccination shot 1 of 2 of Moderna. I decided to give myself a few days to deal with side effects before I attempt to workout. So for me that will probably be Monday fingers crossed. The Modnera side effects for me so far is soreness in injection arm, warm tingling sensation, tiredness, extreme thirst, chills, and nausea. This all comes and goes for me in waves. So, I'm hanging in there.

I hope all went well with Jack's first bath. I know getting one's hair done can be almost theraputic so I hope that went well and relaxing. Have a blessed and wonderful weekend!
