Yes, my loops & bands are fabric, I have 2 sets of them (different brands) and i
Like both of them. I can use mainly extra light, light & medium.
The bands are ok, I got 2 different sets of them as well, again different brands,
And I am ok mostly with extra light & light in those, the long loops just don't
Stretch as far as tubing, other bands in my opinion. I cancelled my preorder
For the whole Cathe bundle, and reordered just the two dvds. I don't lift
Really heavy weights, and I need to be careful in straining my shoulders,neck
And back/hips. I know where my limitations are and need to follow that.
I have learned I can go a little bit lighter with equipment and still follow Cathe
Or any other instructor and still get a great workout. I also learned I don't need
To get everything little thing that comes out, especially if it might not work for
Me....comes with old age, I guess
Friday AM: back at it again this morning- did a Peloton 20 min. 80's Treadmill
Walk...felt good to do something
