Great job Nora, I'm impressed that you are doing one of the walks each day....don't know if I could do that,
as they are alike in alot of ways....but I must try to do one each week...at least.

Also did Walk across America "New Hampshire" walk. Gosh, there were a lot of
Bugs swarming around there. :).

How do you like the bands you have? Are they fabric? Just asking cause I have zero experience with them. I wonder when Cathe will post video clips of these workouts and post premixes. I'm looking forward to these.

Hi Nora, good job with your workouts, I haven't worked out much as I had neck/Shoulder pain for a couple days and finally went to the chiropractor yesterday...
Feeling better today.

Yes, my loops & bands are fabric, I have 2 sets of them (different brands) and i
Like both of them. I can use mainly extra light, light & medium.

The bands are ok, I got 2 different sets of them as well, again different brands,
And I am ok mostly with extra light & light in those, the long loops just don't
Stretch as far as tubing, other bands in my opinion. I cancelled my preorder
For the whole Cathe bundle, and reordered just the two dvds. I don't lift
Really heavy weights, and I need to be careful in straining my shoulders,neck
And back/hips. I know where my limitations are and need to follow that.
I have learned I can go a little bit lighter with equipment and still follow Cathe
Or any other instructor and still get a great workout. I also learned I don't need
To get everything little thing that comes out, especially if it might not work for
Me....comes with old age, I guess :)

Friday AM: back at it again this morning- did a Peloton 20 min. 80's Treadmill
Walk...felt good to do something:). Have a Good Friday.

I hear you on getting workout stuff that makes sense for you. I know for me, I have changed up workouts and equipment to accomodate my different needs as they arise such as: injury or to accomodate balance issues due to MS.

Do any app or blender workouts, but did do one of Walk across America- Maine.
At least something, huh?

Back to add a Sunday blender workout- "B.L.T. Workout". (BLT stands for
Band, Loop, Tubing )......also could be a bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich! :)

I had a fall a week or so ago and fell in utlity room in my house. The fall impact seemed to be focused on right rear and hip areas mostly, no brusing that I can see. However it does bother me when I walk or sit and get up. I notied that it was lingering when I did my Friday Tabatacise workout. I had to modify because the impact was not fun. So I have decided to dial back the impact on my workouts for a couple of weeks to see if that helps.

Nothing wrong with dialing it back, I have decided that I would rather "dial it back & still be able to do the workouts I love than not at all". So, if for me, that
Means a slower walk on the treadmill and using lighter weights, it's all good!

This AM was Ifit elliptical workout, "Lower Body Intervals". Tonight I got in
A Peloton 20 min. Treadmill Bootcamp:Arms & Shoulders". Tomorrow might be
A rest day, we shall see....and you remember too....You are amazing too :)
