Great job on today's workout with: IFit treadmill workout-“Jenny Lake, Grand Tetons Natl Park”. It was on & off treadmill, doing weights in the Middle. Love workouts like that...a little bit of the best of both worlds!
Also did a blender - "Pyramid Pump Biceps & Lower Body Intervals " They souind like fun workouts to me WTG and High fives!!

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Jenny Ford- Walk Across America- New Hampshire= 31 Min
Body Beast- Bulk Shoulders= 35 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Double Trouble 60 minute Rhythm Ride = 60 Min

A good little time and I only managed doing 2 of them...so that makes me think
Twice about it......we shall see.......

Sunday is several shorter workouts for me:

Peloton 5 min. Treadmill Warmup
Peloton 10 min. Arms & Shoulders Strength
Workout Blender- "15 min. Legs Mini Workout "
Peloton 5 min. Full Body Stretch

Short & Sweet Sunday :)

Hi again, Monday's workout was KCM Your Best Body dvd, I did a mix of
Back, Shoulders, Cardio & Chest from the dvd, I really like that dvd.

Bootcamp. Well, I did end up ordering Jenny's Walk Across America set from Mary at TF.... :)
Whether I will end up doing them all is yet to be seen! They're on the way "across America" !!!

I have watched clips of her step workouts and they seem very doable not too tricky like I could feel comfortable doing them.

I would imagine that Mary will carry the Step Across America series if Jenny puts them out on DVD. I have a dvd that I got from Mary several years ago that
Has several Step Across America Step workouts. Yes, Jenny's Step workouts
Are easier to learn & do. I have done several of hers on YouTube before. I used
To always do her Zombie Step workout on Halloween. :). I think I missed it last
Year due to CatheLive's Halloween workout which I love and bought the
Download...

I asked Mary if she'd be getting Jenny Ford's Step Across America and she said yes but probably after Jenny has a chance to sell them on her site. Mary also added they aren't currently in dvd format ready to buy as yet.
I'm so excited for the step one's. I am loving the walk across America workouts so far and they pair well with using egg weights. I've been enjoying using my egg weights with them, fun stuff.

I just finished today's workout and will check in, suffice to say I was all over the place today, walked in California and did a Germany run on my stationary bike, so fun!

Here's today's workout:

Jenny Ford- Wa lk Across America- California= 29 Min
ICE- Low Impact Sweat= 47 Min
Virtual Active- Germany Run (on Bike)= 36 Min
