How are you doing? Oh, I just noticed on VF that Jenny Ford has released her Walk Across America Dvds for sale on Amazon. It says they are beginner but to offer options to make it more advanced. All the workouts are filmed outside in each of the 50 States. Just curious what you think about that?

Yes, I saw the dvds....these are the same ones she had put on YouTube a little
While back, she had put all 50 on there.....but they are gone now....I had planned
On doing all 50 :), but I think I did do 2 or 3 of them from YouTube, but I don't
Think I am getting the dvds.....I might if Mary at VF carries them (someone on
VF mentioned that she is going to try & get them....I liked the ones I did, a nice
Change from Leslie, and I might have actually enjoyed them a little more than
Some of Leslie's. The magnetic map that comes with them on her website or
I think you can order that separately at Amazon too is a pretty neat idea.
Are you getting them?

Those are both awesome workouts well done high fives!! Thanks for reminding me to think on doing some configuration of STS strength in future workouts. I haven't done any of those in quite a while so it would be fun. Now I got to decide which to do first some STS or Chalene Extreme after I finish Body Beast or do another round of Body Beast, decisions descision, LOL!!

working out in the evening, at least I got something in !

This morning was a 20 min. Peloton Treadmill Bodyweight Bootcamp. Enjoyed that. If I do anything this
PM, I will post tommorrow morning.

Hi Nora, oh I see you must have gotten Jenny's dvds...did you get from Amazon? The two I had done while they were on YouTube were Utah & Ohio.
I liked them a lot.

Last night I did end up with a blender "Lift it Hit it Chest, Triceps & Shoulders with Finishers & Abs"

This morning was IFit Time Crunch Cycling Workout # 9.

Probably won't do anything tonite.

I hope she adds her Step Across America Dvds availability at amazon as well. I'm enjoying the workouts from Jenny Ford loving thedifferent locations so far, I'm Disc 1 so far Utah, Ohio,and Vermont plus Ican always add egg weights to these walks if I want.

Hi Nora, Saturday was cleaning, but I did do an IFit treadmill workout-“Jenny Lake, Grand Tetons Natl Park”. It was on & off treadmill, doing weights in the
Middle. Love workouts like that...a little bit of the best of both worlds!
Also did a blender - "Pyramid Pump Biceps & Lower Body Intervals "


Glad you are enjoying Jenny’s workouts...I still haven’t decided to get or not....
I have so many walking workouts on dvds and rarely do them... I think she plans
On doing the Step across America too.
