Hi Nora, hope your Friday was good....your workouts sure were!!
Tonight I did get in my CL Candy Hearts Circuit mix, and I threw in a RowVigor
"Fresh Start" rower workout which is a very easy, light workout which I visit
Pretty often.

Weekends I usually try to get in machine workouts, hence the reason I added in a rowing workout tonight, so hopefully I can get a few more done...probably won't post until Sunday after all is done.

Blender - "10 min. Abs add-on"

Ifit treadmill "Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool Warmup, Washington DC"
Blender - "Pyramid Pump Chest Hiit Circuits add-on"

All were really fun workouts, enjoyed them alot! I am really liking doing short
Cardio workouts, machine or not, and then adding on one of my blender add-ons. Really mixes things up....

Well, my weekend marathon is done, so here I go.....:). (In no particular order)

CL Low Impact Cardio Upper Body (warmup, 2 rounds, & stretch) - 20 min.
IFit “ Cycling Time Crunch Workout # 1” - 20 min.
Blender- “Hiit Circuit Lower Body Express #1” - 20 min.
KCM cardio mix from Bootcamp & YBB DVD’s - about 20 min.
Peloton 20 min. Treadmill Bootcamp “
Peloton 10. Min. Treadmill Bootcamp Warmup & Blender “ Pyramid Pump Back
Hiit Circuits add-on” - 8 min.
IFit elliptical “Basic Mobility Workout #5” - 26 min.
Blender- “ Drop Sets: Upper Body” - 23 min.

Whew....sounds like a lot, but all in all, only about 3 hours total divided into 2 days, but l did enjoy them all....and the variety!

Ifit treadmill walk "Toulouse House, New Orleans, Louisiana" (a walk thru a "haunted" house :) ) - 26 min.
Blender- "Quick Fix Vertical Loading add-on"

Might take a rest day or 2.
