My Saturday post...thus the reason for passing on. Happy Saturday

Hi Nora, well, I should have done housecleaning today, but wasn't in the mood.
I found out last night that one of my brothers, Bobby, has pancreatic cancer and
It's not good. I am numb.... please say a prayer for him, for comfort & peace.

Saturday's workouts:

IFit elliptical workout- "Basic Mobility #2"
KCM B&B- Kettlebell/Kickboxing Fusion-Lower Body dvd: "Legs & Kettlebells"
Premix.

Hi Nora, not too much working out here lately, but I did do a Peloton treadmill
20 min. Rock Walk.
Good job with your workouts, different ones I see....variety is the key!

I understand about not wanting to workout right now. I still like hearing from you otherwise I worry. Nicely done with your workout yesterday with the following: Peloton treadmill
20 min. Rock Walk. Even short little workouts help with handling stress at least that works for me. Please take care.

Hi Nora, yep, I know about stress, I never mentioned it, but several weeks ago,
I had to be taken to the hospital and they said I had an anxiety attack...pretty
Scary for awhile....and that was before all this....so I am just doing what I want
To do.....I did a mix this morning from CL Touch Up Training-Lower Body.

Good job on your workouts:)

Oh no about your anxiety attack, that sounds so scary. I'm glad you're ok. Good for you listening to your body and doing only what you feel up to do.
Please take care and get some rest. Maybe some nice relaxing soothing music and meditation perhaps. I hope your shovel max days are behind you. Great job on yesterday's workout with a mix this morning from CL Touch Up Training-Lower Body, well done high fives!!!

Hi Nora, thanks. I didn't do any workouts last night because I purchased & downloaded this week's
CatheLive. I did do a blender Thurs. night for Back & Chest. Gotta try & do cleaning today, if I can get
motivated....found out last night that my other brother is in the hospital !!! Does it ever end?

Peloton 10 min. Treadmill Bootcamp warmup
Blender- 10 min. Cardio add-on (with step)
Peloton 10 min. Treadmill Cooldown Walk

ETA: I did end up with a workout this morning:)

Ifit Lean & Fit bike workout #4 (Didn't feel right not doing a workout this AM :) )

Workouts yesterday was the morning post.

This morning was a 30 min. Peloton Bike Bootcamp:Upper Body” . That’s all i
Could squeeze in this morning.

Tonight I plan to do my own mix from CL Candy Hearts Circuits, I hope I will feel
Like doing it!
