Hi Nora, WTG today. Is Body Beast a dvd set? I am not familiar with them, but
They sound like good workouts.

Tonight was another IFit treadmill workout, “Tasman Glacier Lake, New Zealand”
I also did a blender too, “Memories Thru The Years # 2” (step & weights)

That’s it...sure hope there is something good on tv tonight.
 
Friday:

Peloton Bootcamp Warmup - 5 min.
Blender - "15 min. Perfect Mobility & Extended Stretch" - 15 min.
Blender - "Low Impact Cardio & Compound Upper Body". 25 min.

Body Beast- Bulk Chest = 30 Min
YT - Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 60 Min Saturday Sweat Session Rhythm Ride Cycling Class= 60 Min

Yeah I got it done & with little sleep, not bad.

Tonight was Peloton 10 min. Low Impact Ride followed by a Blender- "Quick Fix
Weighted Step Cardio & Lower Body Intervals add-on.

That was it for today.

Wednesday AM:
Peloton 5 min. Treadmill Warmup walk
IFit google map 2 mi. Bike ride in Frostproof, Florida
Blender- “Quick Fix Weighted Floor Cardio & Upper Body Intervals add-on”

Yes, I'm a fan of variety in my workouts as well, it keeps it fresh and fun.

Have? That's the Live workout, right? Don't know why I never ordered that one,
It is one of the very few I don't own :)

Tonight was 2 short blenders:

"Quick Fix Lower Body & Abs with discs add-on"

Oh and to answer your question about KCM's Amped Up Cardio. Yes, that was recorded live, it's fun energetic boxing style workout that Kelly does so well.
I could not wait for that to be available on dvd to purchase and did so.

I have a memorial service for my aunt that passed away this week, to go to this
Afternoon, but I did get in a couple workouts this AM.

Peloton- treadmill- “20 min, Treadmill Bootcamp:Core”
Cathe-PHA Training dvd- Timesaver Premix #4 - 25 min.
