Linda- Sorry to hear about your foot injury. I wonder if it could be plantar facitis which is the inflamation of the tendon that covers the bottom of the foot. If so, I have had that and found icing bottom of foot before and after workouts helped and to roll tennis ball with bare foot back and forth. This massages the tight irritated tendon. Now not saying that is the case with you I'm just throwing the info out there.
Anyways, nicely done with Monday's workouts as follows: Ifit Strength Cardio Circuits workout,(Dumbbells, kettlebell & floor Cardio hit) and KCM 30 MTF Meltdown-Workout

Hi Nora, stopping by to say hello.....my foot is feeling somewhat better, looks a little Bruised, so still trying to be careful.......I did do a Peloton Upper Body
Dumbbell workout this evening, nothing to hard, but felt good to do something!

Been watching a lot of Ifit & Peloton workouts I haven't done yet, that's been
Kind of fun to do.....great job with all your workouts....I have been reading :)

Appreciative.....when CoCo was here, he used to bring over his snowblower and

Linda- glad to hear your foot is feeling better. It's good that you are taking it easy. Nicely done with a Peloton Upper Body Dumbbell workout yesterday. Thanks for your kind words about my workouts, it made my day. Oh wow, on the weather forcast for snow, please keep warm and yes I hope your neighbor will help you out. Its nice to have fun memories of your beloved Coco. Thinking of them is like a big hug or puppy kiss equivalent. I like to think its there way of letting us know that they are near even if we can't see them, they are always with us.

Hi Nora, you're early today! Great job! My foot is a little better...ankle feels weak, so still taking it careful.....I did a blender for arms & shoulders and an Ifit
Treadmill workout "Garmisch, Germany to Nassereith, Austria" ..beautiful scenery....I walked ALOT slower than I normally would..but I got through it!

I planned to workout today, but everything got crazy. My mother-in-law took a turn for the worse. She went on hospice care today, and passed away at home the way she wanted. Sh deteriorated quickly. My Dh and just found out tonight. So I did not workout today. Not sure how I will feel the nextfew days. Please take care, and be awesome.

Hi Nora, hope all is going as well as to be expected....yes, working out does help to lessen stress sometimes.

Yesterday was a Peloton treadmill & core bootcamp workout.

Today I did a mix from CL Upper Body Shred and an IFit treadmill walk at
"Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park in Austin, Nevada".

We had more snow last night/this morning.. :(..but the sun is out now :)

Hi Nora, yesterday's workouts were:

CL 3-3-3 workout- (did warmup, weights & stretch) That's a good CatheLive. I got the download :)

Also, Ifit elliptical workout - "Baldwin Street, Dunedin, New Zealand" The trainer said in the workout that
Baldwin Street is the steepest street in the world" I googled it and it is! That was neat too....it's pretty
steep!
