Great job on yesterday's workout with: IFIT studio treadmill class, the 1st workout from the new "Start
Your Fitness" series. I liked it, incline intervals, and walking while doing upper Body moves on the treadmill, then 3 rounds of push-ups & half sit-ups on the Floor, finishing with a stretch. About 30 min. It looks like they have added alot Of new workouts since the 1st of the year. Ooh, that sounds like fun woth checking out. High fives and bravo on today's workout!! Oops! I just noticed you posted for today. IFIT studio rowing class - "Cardio & Strength Chipper"
KCM B&B- Kettlebell Fusion/Lower Body Tabata dvd- I programmed a mix on my DVD player, alternating kettlebell swings with lower body.

That will probably be it!

Gin Miller "Cardio Sculpting" Ramping workout - approx. 30 min.

YT- Jenny Ford Walk Across America indoor walking - Workout #2 - Ohio. I read ion videofitness forum that Jenny Ford released all her walk across America workouts on youtube in memory of her son who very recently took his life, so sad. I will pray for her.

Hello, ladies! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. My son tested positive for Covid early Jan and I tested negative so I had to start my quarantine after his so technically I have until the end of Jan. I still have no symptoms and continue to work out at home. Today I completed Gym Style Legs and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch.

We missed you, happy to hear from you. Sorry to hear yor son tested positive for Covid, I hope is on the mend and doing well. Great news you tested negative for Covid. I know quarantine is a bummer you and your son are taking care and safe.

Oh yes I forgot Happy New Year! Bravo on your Gym Style Legs and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch workouts. Sounds like fun workouts to me. Be well and take care hang in there.

Elliptical workout that I have on an older IPod....I forgot about some workouts that I downloaded years ago on my IPod....that was fun to re-visit.

Hi girls.....wow Nora, almost 45 min. On bike....I applaud you! I don't think I could stay that long straight on the bike :). About 30 min. Is my limit...if it's staying on the bike the whole time.

Nicki, hope you & your son are doing ok. Hang in there....

IFit studio elliptical workout - "45-second Intervals". (That was fun)
"Core Fusion" from Stephanie Huckabee's PowerFit series. (Don't remember ever doing this one.....but I liked it)

Cooldown walks.

Videocycle- British Columbia Workout # 3 - 18 min.

KCM 30MTF - Stepboxing- Workout 1

Then I just did a little skiing on my NordicTrack.....not too long - maybe 10 min.

Next wash hair & grocery store...that's my day !

No workouts probably for the next several days, as I have hurt the bottom of my
Foot....wasn't working out, don't know even what I did :(. But I know I should
