My Christmas Day workout was the latest CatheLive, "Christmas Wonderland 2020". That was a fun holiday workout, I enjoyed it a lot, Mary & Jenn were in it with Her, as her "elves" :). I am thinking about getting the download, but waiting to see what the New Years Eve workout will be, hope it's weights....

Hi Nora, good job with your Christmas Day workouts.....I really enjoyed the CatheLive Christmas workout that I did yesterday......

Saturday's workouts are
Blender - "12 Days of Fitness - Floor Cardio"
Ifit elliptical studio workout which was on & off the elliptical with bodyweight
Mobility exercises on the floor in between. Love those type of workouts.

I still have 1 more North Pole bike ride to do in that series, I may get it in today,
Not sure...but I will report it tomorrow if I do.

That's it for me today. I wanted to do more but thought I should take it easy on my left hand. My right pinkie finger was injured but I think my left hand got sprained or something so I'm take it easy. Not sure if I will keep next week light as well to recovery or not I have not decided yet.

Ifit on skier - "Fastdal Ridge Intervals" in Norway.

I sure have been "in alot of snow" and/or cold weather this last week, with North Pole/Fairbanks rides and skiing in Norway and the Holiday Market Walks in Germany :) Brrr.....

Wednesday workout:

I did a mix of IFit & Peloton workouts:

IFit treadmill "Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pools Warmup, Washington DC"
Peloton 15 min. Treadmill workout
Peloton Arms & Shoulders Toning short workout
IFit treadmill "National Mall Cooldown Walk, Washington DC"

Worked out to be an approximate 35 min. total workout.....enjoyed it!

Also did a Blender "12 Days of Fitness - Chest"

How are you? Taking some much needed and well deserved rest time? Good for you, enjoy!

I had some fun working out today in Death Valley, Yosemite National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, Big Sur, and Newport Beach, to name a few. That was a fun sweatfest of a ride, and gorgeous scenery so no complaints.:cool:

Linda- Way to go on today's New Year's day workout with: IFit elliptical - “Cabane D’Orny Hike # 3 in Switzerland Peloton Low Impact Bike Ride class. Ooh that sounds like fun and from what I understand about Switzerland is beautiful. Great job on adding to that fitness passport. I too, worked on my fitness passport today with a beautiful up the British Columbia Coast, it was quite a fun ride.

I have most of the VA workout dvds, but seem to forget about them...

I had to smile when I saw your workouts yesterday because my workout this
Morning was KCM 30 MTF BoxFit workout 2 - Weights workout! I am now waiting
To do a Live IFit treadmill workout - "Join The Team" which appears to be a treadmill Walking class with Gideon, who is one of my favorite trainers on IFit.
Might do a little rowing with Bitgym while waiting for the IFit Live workout.

That will probably be it for today.....

Treadmill workout which consisted of:
IFit "Potomac River, Washington DC Warmup
IFit- "Washington DC walk ( this was one of my IFit creations with their streetview maps)
Bitgym walk on Elafonis Island in Crete (1 section)
Peloton 10 min. Treadmill Cooldown/Stretch

All in all, worked out to be approx. 43 min on treadmill....not too bad for me!

Sorry no workout today, I had to deal with getting new FSA card and Insurance and specialty pharmacy I use for MS Drugs to work, but no go after 3+ days worth of phone calls, ugh. Needless to say I had no time or energy left after a 4 hours worth of phone calls back and forth. So, I had to scrap today's workout I'll be doubling up a couple of days to make up for it.

Linda- wow! on your Sunday mix of workouts , I agree it is quite a mix. Bravo and high fives on the following workouts:
