Linda- I'm sorry to hear about your internet issues. I so understand that right now. Oh no on being exposed to Covid at work and having to get tested and implementing quarantine protocols. Ugh. My DH reported a cough to his work and was required to get tested and implement a quarantine as well. He did test negative to Covid, so that is great news.

My modem got fried so I was without internet Friday and Saturday and will now post those workouts now.

Friday's workout:

And Ifit "Finca San Luis Bootcamp Interval" treadmill workout in Costa Rica.

It's snowing here, we closed early....

Sorry I've been distracted lately as I've mentioned last Thursday-Saturday I think it was I was without internet. The modem was fried and needed to be replaced completely, so we had to wait for repair appointment.
Also about three or four weeks ago my 92 year old Mother-in-Law fell had a hip injury and needed surgery putting in a rod where hip and leg join together. Needless to say after her time in hospital then transferred to rehab facility for two weeks. Now she is home and very much needed 24/7 care moving, bathroom stuff, sitting standing you name it.
She's not able move around in her own home herself let alone take care of Paul's Dad who has dementia. Paul's siblings don't know where to go or who to ask about stuff to help. I try to help with doing internet searches finding info in Paul's Mom's area to contact and inquire about. I am just providing them with info for them to follow up on I hope the info is helpful.
So that's why I've been distracted. I hope all is well with you.

Ifit bike ride - "Ice Art Park Holiday Ride" in Fairbanks, Alaska
YouTube- 15 min. Full Body Christmas workout
Blender - "Express Strong & Sweaty Total Body"

ETA: thought I would come back & tell a little more about the Ifit holiday
Workouts. The treadmill Holiday Market walks are night walks, around various
Holiday Markets in various cities in Germany, so you can take in all the lights,
Booths,carnival rides they have. The first one I did was in Dresden, and it was delightful.
There are two more.... different cities...

Then they have the North Pole cycle series in Alaska, the one I did above was the
Ice Art Park in Fairbanks, and it was a 3 mile loop with the most spectacular
Christmas lights show as you cycled around. When it was over, I was surprised to
See that I had rode exactly 3 miles, so I must have been cycling at the right speed!
There are 2 more different locations rides. Just thought you might be interested.

All of those workouts sound great and I enjoyed reading your description of them too. Love the Christmas walks checking out Christmas lights in Germany and the Holiday bike ride in the North Pole. I love your workouts they sound both festive and fun, WTG and triple high fives.:cool:

Great workouts , Nora!


Today I did the last Ifit treadmill Holiday Market Walk which was in Frankfort, Germany. Boy, I enjoyed all three of those walks and learned things I didn't know
As well. The instructor/guide talks the whole time while walking throughout the
Market, pointing out facts, different foods, different arts & crafts available to buy,
Rides, over 200 booths at this market.

Also did a Peloton 20 min. Holiday treadmill class and a blender - "12 Days of
Fitness - Back."

I planned to do yoga from Perfect30 but I decided due to pain & swelling in left hand. The idea of putting weight on left hand w/yoga poses
didn't sound like a good idea.

IFit “North Pole Night Ride, North Pole, Alaska..that was neat, saw Santa’s House
On St. Nicholas Drive in North Pole Alaska, the Antler Academy with all the reindeer, and the decorations of North Pole...the guide was riding his bike with a
Santa suit on :), and he said it was 10 degrees there :(

Next was an IFit Live Treadmill workout, “Walk & Talk with Gideon - Holiday Special”....I enjoyed that equally as well, he is one of my favorite trainers on IFit,
And it was him and 3 other instructors and we just walked on the treadmill, as
They talked about their favorite holiday traditions, food, Christmas songs, etc...

Last, but not least, I did a blender - “12 Days of Fitness- Step Cardio”.

Pretty sure Thursday will be a rest day.......enjoy your Christmas !
