With internet going out since 1st part of December, never seem to know when it's going to be working :(.... it was out again yesterday evening & night.....they
Indicate they are upgrading.....Really??????

I did a blender this AM, in case internet wasn't going tonight, so far so good....
I did "12 Days of Fitness - Boxing/Kickboxing" ( only one more to complete in
The 12 Days of Fitness series I made in the blender!)

Tonight was a 30 min. Peloton Pop Bike Bootcamp.

YT- Jenny Ford Walk Across America- # 1-Utah (indoor walking workout). I am
Gonna try and get in all 50 of them, but it will take awhile!!!! She filmed a walking workout in each state.

Workouts, although my favorite is High Step Circuit Training. It's easier :)

Today I did CL Push Pull Total Body-Heavy Weights. My weights weren't that
Heavy :)

Yes, Jenny has a lot of workouts on YT- I think all 50 of the walk across America
Walking workouts are there, at least now.....I like her, I usually like to do her
Zombie Step workout at Halloween, although I didn't this past year, I was too
Wrapped up in CatheLive's Halloween workout at that time I guess...LOL

Back to add in today's CatheLive, Boxing Hiit Express--only about 30 min.
And a fun workout, had to modify some, but still a good workout! I am tired now!

Hi Nora, I didn't post last night, sorry......last night was CL Kickboxing,Hiit & Core..I did the warmup, low impact hit sections, core & stretch. Also did a Bitgym bike ride in Switzerland.

Tonight was blender Heavy Bag Workout, and IFit studio bike class.

Good job with your spinning, walk, & kickboxing....

How's that new pup doing?

A blender - "Lite & Tight Bootcamp ". I also did a 20 min. Ifit treadmill workout,
"Matira Beach Sand Bar Walk, Bora Bora, French Polynesia. That was beautiful!

Hi Nora, nice mix today.....

Tonight was an IFIT studio treadmill class, the 1st workout from the new "Start
Your Fitness" series. I liked it, incline intervals, and walking while doing upper
Body moves on the treadmill, then 3 rounds of push-ups & half sit-ups on the
Floor, finishing with a stretch. About 30 min. It looks like they have added alot
Of new workouts since the 1st of the year. That's it for tonight....
