I gotta keep busy one foot in front of the other or I'll breakdown and I don't want to waste any time I have left with Ares.

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Hip Hop Ride= 35 Min
LITE- Revd Up Rumble- Basic #4 Main w/o + Calorie Crush= 49 Min
Jessica Smith- 5 Mix & Match Miles- Waistline Work= 16 Min

I know, Nora, I guess that is why I have been working out like a maniac, just trying
To keep busy....I always knew I gave ALOT of time to Coco, but I didn't really
Realize how much until he is not here......I am lost....
I purchased today's CatheLive download and tried to download it, but it is not
Dowloading as usual. I sent an email, hope they can correct or give me a refund.


Today I did an Ifit Recovery bike ride in Moab, Utah followed by a Peloton
Cool down ride. Also with Bitgym, I continued on the Boston Freedom Trail
On the treadmill for abt 15 min.

The above workout is what I did today, for some reason it says that was yesterday, strange. Oh well, I just wanted to clear that up.

I understand what you mean. I & my husband hand feed Ares and I cook scrambled eggs with cheese chunks I put after I cook the eggs cause he loves cheese. Ares likes scrambled eggs because the taste good and are soft and easy to swallow for his tongue and throat. We baby him but he deserves it and he's my fur baby so how could I not.

Switching gears. Great workout today with :
Ifit Recovery bike ride in Moab, Utah followed by a Peloton
Cool down ride. Also with Bitgym, I continued on the Boston Freedom Trail
On the treadmill for abt 15 min.

I just got a new Virtual Active from Mary. It's called Virtual Active American Northeast Bike DVD. It has a 55 min ride and a 35 min ride, so cool. It looked beautiful in the clip so it should be fun.

Happy Sunday to you two as well. Today turned out to be a rest day for me..
I had to go to the grocery store earlier and that always puts me in a "good mood"

I purchased the latest CatheLive download Thursday and attempted to download
It then but it wouldn't download. I emailed them and received a reply Friday
That they had corrected it and if I needed the link emailed to me, to let them know
Which I did immediately cause I did use up all my attempts the first time. Well,
Here I am 3 days later, still waiting to receive the link..and I am not too happy
About that..anyway, that has kind of put a damper on my mood as well....if I ever
Get it, it will probably be the last one I get...

Cairo, Egypt. Possibly will do a short weight workout later.

Linda- Nicely done yesterday with a super cool iFit treadmill walk around another pyramid in
Cairo, Egypt. Possibly will do a short weight workout later.
Also did a blender, "Litely Maxed Out Circuits 2,WTG still filling up that fitness passport I see, awesome. Bravo & high fives.
