Wow, you've been busy with workouts today,awesome stuff! Fantastik 4th of July workouts today with:
Bitgym Elliptial & Rowing, Stretch on rower from YT, Peleton Cycle, Ifit Treadmill, and KCM 30MTF- Body Design upper/lower mix. Bravo those all sound like fun & challenging workouts, WTG and double high fives!!:D;).

I just finished today's workouts and will now check in.

Here's today's workouts:

XTrain- D10- Ride= 57 Min
KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn- Lower Body Tabata= 27 Min

That's it for me today. I think I will take a rest day tomorrow.

Bitgym treadmill - began the new Boston Freedom Trail they added, walked a little
Over 15 min.
CL- Burn Sets-Biceps & Triceps- did warmup, 6 rounds, & stretch making a 30 min.
Workout.
Blender - CycleSculpt-Tabatas & Tubing - 25 min.

That'll be it today..have a good one!

Hi Nora, hope your day has been good. Worked today so my only workout tonight
Was CL Burn Sets: Back, Chest & Shoulders. I did the warmup, 5 rounds &
Stretch, making a 30 min. or so workout. Enough for tonight.

Hi Nora, yes, I think you would like the Ripped & Rides, especially since you are biking more......Have you
ever done her HGI dvd with your bike like Marcus? I usually do treadmill with it, but I have used the
elliptical and bike too, I think I even used rower once. I wish, too, she would make another HGI dvd,
although she has several of those on Coffeyfit Raw too.

Friday's workouts were Ifit treadmill walk across the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and also
blender: Imax Odd Even mix with Back & Chest.

Saturday's workouts:
Ifit studio Basic Mobility elliptical workout
RowVigor Fresh Start rowing workout with YT Regatta Focus stretch on rower
Peloton scenic bike ride - Santiago, Chile
VideoSki Royal Gorge, Calif. skier workout
Also did a mix of some of my CatheLive downloads, metabolic, cardio,&core

I did not workout yesterday as I gave my elderly in-laws haircuts. My father-in-law had a 98th birthday and my mother-in-law is 92. They were so tickled to get
get a professional haircut by me a former hairdresser. It had been way before Covid.

I just finished today's Saturday makeup workout and will now check in.

Bitgym on bike- continued on Boston Freedom Trail - abt 10 min.
Bitgym on rower abt 10 min.
Ifit google maps street view walking workout on treadmill abt 20+ min.
A mix of Kelly cardio using several dvds. Abt 20 min.
Also, Coffeyfit Raw's Large Muscle Finisher (Back, Legs & Chest) and Arms &
Shoulders Finisher workout.

Ifit elliptical hike- Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania

The above was my workout yesterday.

Today was Ifit Taj Mahal Interval Walk treadmill workout (in Agra, India)
And Bitgym elliptical Horta's Labyrinth Park in Barcelona. Both were beautiful
Scenery. The Ifit guide about to get us run over crossing the street a couple times,
He was so funny, I really enjoyed that workout...
Also did a short blender-Lite Back, Biceps & Shoulders.

I had a late check in sorry. I found out from out Vet that Ares has a throat type cancer and has estimated months to a year on the outside. Anyways our focus is now to spoil him with lots of love and do the things he loves to do. Its very sad but I sort of had a feeling this where this was headed. So iln the meantime every day with our Ares is a blessed and cherished day.
