Hello, Linda and Nora!
Today I did Slow and Heavy Biceps and Triceps followed by Step Boss Extended Chair Stretch:)
It's been a while since I've done the Slow and Heavy Series.

Nicki, I love that chair extended stretch....one of my favorites! Good job on
Slow & Heavy Bi's & Tri's. did you order Perfect 30? Sounds like she is filming
This weekend or next week maybe?

I worked today, so a shorter workout tonight, I did a mix from CL Touch Up
Training-Upper Body. Hope you have a good night & day tomorrow!

Linda- Thanks for asking about Ares. He's just hanging out with us and its a bit of a challenge getting him to eat even hand feeding him, but I'll do it for my fur baby.

Nicki- Nice workout with Slow & Heavy Bi's & Tri's, and Step Boss Extended Chair Stretch. Great combo of workouts, high fives!! It's been awhile since I have done Slow & Heavy. I'm still trying to recover from my injury to my right arm. I'm just now starting to do weight workouts and even then its tough since my right side has muscle weakness and maybe slight atrophy. I'm on the road to recovery so I'm blessed it will just take a while so I have to be patient.


I finished today's workout this afternoon and forgot to check so I'm doing so now.

Here's today's workout:

Rockout Knockout= 56 Min
KCM 30MTF- Your Best Body-Premix- All Legs & Core= 35 Min
Leslie Sansone- Walk 15- Mile 1= 22 Min

Linda Stejskal- Focused 5 Min series- Abs= 6 Min Wow! t hat short Ab workout packs a huge punch I can just feel the DOMS.

Today is Friday, so I wonder if it was a Tabatacise Friday for Nora, :)
I haven't felt too good the last several days, so I haven't been doing any workouts.
Today I did feel a little better, and did some cleaning, etc. but decided not to
Try a workout. Maybe tomorrow...

Hi girls, today was a NordicTrainer skier workout which was skiing & muscle conditioning on & off the skier. Also an Ifit treadmill workout- Harvard University
Walk.
Also did a blender, "Intensity Sync Maxed Step"

Nicki, do you have CatheLive? Have you tried any of the 3 Burn Sets Live? They are slower & heavier lifting
type workouts. Both of you have a good weekend.

Linda- Ooh Nordic Trainer Skier sounds like fun, and a great workout w/skiing & muscle conditioning on/off Skier. Plus a Ifit treadmill walk around Harvard University, so cool and very scenic, and last but not least a blender workout with Intensity Sync Maxed Step. Phew! Those are fun and butt kicking workouts I like 'em. High fives and way to go!

Nicki- I hope you are having a great Saturday and/or workout. Enjoy and have fun!

Today was Ifit studio treadmill workout - 30 min. "Upper Body Strength"
And Coffeyfit Raw "Calorie Crush 2", also 30+ min. Both were good
Workouts.

Back to full time work tomorrow:(.....that's gonna be a hard transition, after only
Working a part time schedule for about 4 months. Gonna hopefully take it easy
This afternoon, read, nap.......:)

Hello Nora and Linda! I haven't posted for a few days. Trying to get my house ready to put on the market. Lots of decluttering and maintenance projects!
Yesterday I did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back with a stretch and abs.
Today I did Muscle Max and Total Body Stretching Basic.
Feel good!!!
I worked on house Saturday and Sunday. Got a lot done!

Hi Nora, good Tabatacising today I see....my hip is bothering me, so I opted for
Upper body only tonight. I did an Ifit strength workout, "High Reps for Lean Arms"
That one was fast moving and a pyramid style workout....I liked it, but gosh it was
Fast...no breaks....

Big shout-out to Nicki, hope you are getting along ok, check in when you can....

Saturday's workout was an Ifit treadmill walk, one of my creations with google
