Hi Linda & Nicki,

Hi ladies, sorry I was not at Saturday & Sunday's checkin's I took a couple of rest days. I'm back and ready to get back into it.

Nicki- Oh so glad you checked out Kelly's website. I think I have most of her dvds. Just to name a few personal faves of mine are as follows in no particular order: Circuit Burn, TLC, Meltdown, Amped Up Cardio, Cardio Pump, Your Best Body, NYC, Shape Up, and now BoxFit, and Super Sculpt. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few that are also awesome. I hope that helps and please check out the video clips to see if any suit you. I would have to say Cathe and Kelly are my go to's with some other kickboxing/boxing, cardio etc from Beachbody. Love variety and working out.

Linda- I hope all is well with you and you are feeling better regarding your injury.

Hey, ladies!!
Yesterday I did Fit Tower Legs, Glutes and Core and Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball.
This rotation just isn't getting it so I'm looking for a new one. Think I will use this week and try ones I haven't done in a while or my favs - Turbo Bar, Butts & Gutts, Gym Style.

Yes, I love Cathe's old workouts those are always fun to revisit and you mentioned some that I love too. Thanks for your kind comments regarding my workout. Yes, I really am enjoying the versatility of BoxFit and I will try Super Sculpt later this week as well. I know I did like what I saw in the preview so it should be a good one as well.

Hi Nora & Nicki, I don't believe I checked in either over weekend. Feeling better with back/hip, but still
giving it a couple days yet.
It was Christmas today for me.....I got the Kelly dvds, I have briefly previewed, I think I will like....I noticed
what seemed like more higher impact in them, but looked easy enough to modify.....

Also, received my little 1/2 lb egg weights. I love these little things :) I think I like these little 1/2 lb-ers
more than the 1 1lb. I will probably get more use of them, knowing me ! I got these thru Amazon too,
but I might contact the seller, because it looks like the grip on these is smaller than on the others, so
I am hoping I can get replacement grip for them as well, if I need. These actually will be easy to use
without looping the finger, although on these, the loop seems a little bigger and easier to get your
finger thru.

Nicki, I am in agreement with Nora, regarding Kelly & Cathe being my "go to" girls for workouts.
I like Leslie Sansone, the Firm, and scattered others too. All the ones Nora mentioned above are
great and I gotta add on with her StepBox workouts. Love those!

Today was ICE Chiseled Upper Body (now I remember why I don't do this one anymore); ICE Abs 1; Total Body Stretching Basic and ICE Rock Em SockEm Kickbox (upper body drills only - no kicking).
Trying to decide what I will do tomorrow and looking for a new one month rotation.

Linda- So glad I heard from you. Well, I hope you take it easy still letting the hip/back heal up. Yes it was like Christmas getting Kelly's two new workouts in the mail. So far I have done BoxFit and what I have done of it is awesome. I did one of the workouts and a couple of premixes, good stuff and I love it. I will do Super Sculpt tomorrow I think so I will comment on that one after I have done it.

Nicki- I hope you got a great night's sleep after a busy yesterday.

ps. On Kelly's Super Sculpt Workout# 2 calls for 4 Risers each side I tried that but then went to 2 on each side. So I modified it a bit. It also calls for 2lb db pair and a loop band. This was a surprising mix of a leg and boxing upper body workout and I loved it. Next time I may try 3 Risers on each side the 4 seemed to make me feel like I was going to trip or something due to my coordination issues with MS. So no worries I just modified as I felt I needed. Great workout I will be doing that one many times in the future.

Well, after about a week and a half, I finally did 2 workouts today....

I did an Ifit elliptical studio workout which was 25 min. Followed by the weight
Workout on Kelly's new Boxfit dvd. Really like that weight workout. I really like
The new dvds, there is certainly a little bit of everything in them! I wish there wasn't
So much higher impact in the boxing, but was able to remember a lot of the
Lower impact modifications from her older workouts, and they work great. I really
Wish Lauren was back, she was an A plus modifier.... got a new pair of weighted
Gloves, so looking forward to trying those as well as my 2 sets of egg weights
With the weighted boxing segments. She has a new boxing with egg weights
Workout on Raw, so that might be on tomorrow's agenda.

Today I did her Coffeyfit Raw Box & Squat with egg weights workout. That's a
Great workout, about 38 min. After the warmup, we put on the egg weights for
The rest of the workout...

Then using Bitgym app & treadmill, I finished walking the Boston Freedom Trail
Workout which ended up being 25 min.

How are you doing today? I hope you are enjoying a beautiful sunny day where you are, and feeling great.

I have been having fun checking out Kelly's 2 new dvds and trying out the workouts and premixes. Today was Super Sculpt- Premix Quick Fix 2 used 1 pair 2 pound dbs and step w/2 risers each side.
That was so fun and packed a great short cardio session in a short amount of time. This was an awesome add-on so far Kelly is hitting out of the park with these 2 new ones.

& Ifit treadmill - Comedy Walk in Provo, Utah which was a blast! We walked around
Provo, Utah and the whole time the guide was more or less doing stand-up comedy while he walked. He was great!

Hey, ladies! Haven't checked in for a while. Worked on house last week-end. Monday I started a new rotation - Hardcore and Stepp Boss. Monday I did IMAX4, Step Boss Extended Stretch and Step Boss Abs #2,
Tuesday - meetings most of the day and errands.
Today I did Step Boss PHA 3, SP Extended Stretch and Step Boss Abs Stacker. Good workout.
