Fit & Fabulous Workout Warriors

Hi Nora & Nicki, today was only one workout for me, Ifit ski workout on my
NT skier in Norway. Ran out of time :)

ETA: well, I didn't want to mess up my schedule this week of doing a machine
Workout, something Kelly & something Cathe....so I did the warmup, Compound
Moves & stretch from Kelly's Cardio Sculpt Overload (short workout) and Cathe
Blender, "16 min. Lite Cardio Step" (another short one)

Nora, I hope you get along ok and all will be well.

Today was Ifit bike 4 mile ride around Sullivan's Island, SC. Then warmup &
Kettlebell swings from Kelly's KB/KB Fusion followed by YBB abs & stretch.
Also the warmup, Weighted Boxing moves & stretch from Kelly's Cardio Sculpt
Overload dvd. (Used egg weights)

Finished with Cathe blender workout, " Express Lite Total Body"

Today was Ifit rowing workout which was rowing while watching a program on
How to manage your time...next was Ifit skier workout which was ski-type walking
On snow covered scenery while listening to a program on how to cope with stress & Anxiety. They really have a variety of workouts!
Finished with a blender workout, "FitSplit Compound Workout ".

Nora, when I saw you did Tabatacise today I had to stop and think, isn't today
Saturday? :)
 
I did not do a workout today. Concentrating on clearing docs and clutter to continue to get house on the market.

Linda, you are in SC? I live in Florence and have a condo at Little River. WOW!

Nora, I love the Tabatcise 1 - 5 and it always leaves me breathless!!! I always feel so accomplished when I finish the entire series!

Hey Nicki, no, I am in VA. In the Ifit app, you can create workouts using their google maps
function, so I just pick areas I know or have been, and create something! I have a relative that lives
somewhere around that area... I have never been to Florence, but have been to Myrtle Beach and
Columbia several times.

Sunday's workouts:

Bitgym bike ride workout in Maui, Hawaii
Kelly's Cardio Sculpt Overload (did the warmup, cardio segments with my
Weighted vest, & stretch)
WW Stephanie Huckabee's Punch weighted gloves workout - 30 min.

Today I did Gym Style Chest and Biceps, Strong and Sweaty Abs and Step Boss Extended Chair Chair Stretch.
Trainers from my old gym opened up their new gym today and I did that work out as well. So good to see my gym mates again!

Hi Nora, I see you did some BoxFit today! I am beginning to really like this
Workout, despite some of the higher impact thrown in :). Easy to modify....
Especially if you have any of Kelly's older workouts where modifications were
Shown so much... such great premixes too.

Today was an Ifit elliptical workout, which was a Ted Talks segment..very
Informative. I am getting "smart" while I exercise :). Gotta soon travel
Somewhere again tho' :)
