Ifit ski workout in Utah - 25 min.
Ifit bike ride in Penn. - about 10 min.
Bitgym on elliptical finishing tour workout in Rome about 10 min.
Bitgym on treadmill finishing tour workout in Japan about 10 min.
Peloton Cooldown walk on treadmill (10 Min.) and 5 min cooldown Peloton cycle ride.
Alot of variety in a little over an hour ! Bravo & Double high fives!!
And you did mention you may decide to do Kelly's Lean workout (kickboxing) later.
You are kickin' butt on your workouts well done!
