I'm late for my check in sorry. I'm runing late and only got half of my workout in, bummer oh well, I will try to do better tomorrow. Anyways, I hope you had a great day/workout.
I'm still concerned and praying for my Ares and I know what the likely hood will be. It's a tough time my DH, myself and my youngest son make sure one of us are always with him.

Hi Nora, last night was Ifit rowing workout and a blender- Quick Fix Cardio & weights (A&B)

Today was a Peloton treadmill walk and bike cool down ride. Later I did
Coffeyfit Raw Intervals #2 weights & cardio drills workout.

I haven't been sleeping well lately tough to have energy to workout and still worried about my dog Ares my fur baby. He has an appointmnet with the vet later today sot of scared about that.

Ifit Total Body Boxing Experience (5 circuits of dumbbell exercise, core, & heavy bag boxing drills) - 25 min.
A mix from CL Touch Up Training -Lower Body - 25 min.

My knee is hurting so that will be it today....

Yes, I am probably gonna go ahead & preorder Kelly’s 2 new dvds. I usually wait &
Get them from Collage when they come out, but why not go ahead and save a few
Dollars on them and shipping too.... I wonder about Cathe’s....they haven’t said
Anything about them for a long time... I wouldn’t care at all if she just filmed them
“Solo” (to be honest) she does a fantastic job being solo in the Live classes...that
Would be different, for sure.

Thanks for asking about Ares. Well the vet said he prorbably could have a neurological issue with his spin or hips where he doesnt have very good control of them. I gather this is not uncommon in shepherds. Also there appears to be a second thing going on as well he has a fever and blood work shows his white cell count is very high so he's fighting some kind of infection of something bacteral.
Vet has him on two compatible broad spectrum antibiotics to hopefully knowck that out. We need to checkin with vet Monday. THe leg thing if its what they think all we can do is to make him comfortable and manage his pain. Vet said with Shepherds when they get this myelopathy thing neurological decifitit can come on suddenly and get worse. Usually 3 months or so left.
So we are greatful for him beimg here with us now. Its tough.

I just finished today's workout and will now check in. It felt wrong yesterday not doing Tabatacise so this was a makeup workout. I got messed up on my workout schedule this week missing a day I think it was Wednesday so I've been making up those misssed workouts.

KCM 30MTF- TLC-Coffeyfit Blend= 47 Min
Jessica Smith- 6 Mile Mix Walk- Mile 4 Cardio Interval Abs= 15 Min

Ifit bike ride in Penn. - about 10 min.
Bitgym on elliptical finishing tour workout in Rome about 10 min.
Bitgym on treadmill finishing tour workout in Japan about 10 min.
Peloton Cooldown walk on treadmill (10 Min.) and 5 min cooldown Peloton cycle ride. Alot of variety in a little
over an hour !

I may do Kelly's Lean workout (kickboxing) later on this evening. I did preorder her 2 new dvds.

Wow! Those are some great sounding workouts for today as follows: Today's workouts:

Hi Nora, well I did end up with Kelly's Lean workout last night and also did an Ifit
Elliptical hike in Zion Nat'l Park-Utah. That wasn't enough, so I did Coffeyfit Raw
Solo DB Strength workout too (it was Kelly & Sammie in her garage)

Today started with Peloton 30 min. Treadmill/Arms & Shoulders Bootcamp and
YT-Go Row Indoor rowing workout. Next was a 10 min. VideoSki workout in Royal
Gorge Calif. and finished with CL Burn Sets Live Back, Chest & Shoulders again.
Whew!
 
Hi Linda

Ares went to the vet today and they took his temp and checked his white blood count and both are higher then Friday.
So He's still there. He's hospitalixed and awaiting an ultra sound. THey will keep him over night and let us know from there.
I'm scared for Ares.It's tough to talk about. They are thinking its his gut npotsure what though.
Ares did have an Xray of his chest/lungs and everything looked fine. We came home did not know what to do with myself so I worked out. So lots of praying or Ares.
