Yay, It's Saturday!
Thanks for asking. No my arm is not 100% yet. The arm is still bruised, now theblack and blue hasturned to green-yellow. The mobilty and strentgth and normal use is stil not there yet. I can now attempt a 2 pound weight hlding in righ hand but not for long. No weights or burrpees or pushing on right hand/or arm at all. My workouts aredevoid of weight workouts right now. There may have been some ligament/carilage damage that always takes longer to heal.
Great job on yesterday's workout with the follwing: blender workout STS cardio which was boxing and I did Jessica's 10 min. Happy Hiit Walk as well. Those are great workouts, well done and high fives!!
