Hi Linda,

Yay, It's Saturday!:)

Thanks for asking. No my arm is not 100% yet. The arm is still bruised, now theblack and blue hasturned to green-yellow. The mobilty and strentgth and normal use is stil not there yet. I can now attempt a 2 pound weight hlding in righ hand but not for long. No weights or burrpees or pushing on right hand/or arm at all. My workouts aredevoid of weight workouts right now. There may have been some ligament/carilage damage that always takes longer to heal.

Great job on yesterday's workout with the follwing: blender workout STS cardio which was boxing and I did Jessica's 10 min. Happy Hiit Walk as well. Those are great workouts, well done and high fives!!:)

Hey Nora, it sounds like it's healing...take it easy....

Today was :

VideoHiker Grand Canyon on my elliptical- 15 min.
Ifit bike workout - "Atlantic Ocean Road-Norway" - 18 min.
Go Row Indoor Pyramid Workout (YouTube) - 21 min.

That's probably it for today...maybe something later...Leslie walk or something.

Oh, almost forgot, did VideoSkier workout, "Mt. Bachelor, Oregon - 15 min. On
My NordicTrack skier.

Hi Linda,

I decided to not workout today. So I'm just relaxing reading my bible and working on my workout schedule for next week. I will still need to plan my workouts with an eye at modifying them when needed considering the limitations my injury present.

I hope you are having a great and blessed Sunday. I heard the President say he orders all churches and places of worship to open with CDC guidelines in mind. Yay! The President said our churches and places of worship are essential! Amen!

Today I did Coffeyfit Raw HGI # 1 which I hadn't done yet, it was 50 min. ! But
I liked it and it didn't seem like 50 min. The treadmill sections were longer than the
Other HGI's she has.

I also did a little rowing with Bitgym water tour workout, and a blender, "Lots
Of Legs". I did one of Leslie's 10 min. Walks from Mix & Match Walkblasters
DVD , Walk, Kick, & Punch.

Oh, I saw on Kelly's website a little info on her 2 new upcoming workouts...
Super Sculpt & BoxFit. Both sound great and a lot of variety....

Hi Nora, good job on workouts today! Actually I did get in a little XC skiing &
Weights add on last night, my own 30 min. Mix of some skiing & weights.

This morning before work I did about 10 min. On elliptical using Bitgym hiking on
Some volcano in Spain....:). Tonight I finished with an Ifit elliptical & stretch
Recovery workout and a 30 min. Mix from CL Touch Up Training-Total Body.
Wasn't as tired as I thought I'd be...I really miss CoCo in the evenings and all of
Our walks so I try to keep busy to ease my mind & thoughts.

Ifit Rower Active Recovery workout - 20 min. (Rowing & mobility stretches)
Ifit Rose Bowl Upper Body Pyramid 10 min. Workout (filmed at that stadium)

Then over to the Peloton app and did:
10 min. Warmup treadmill walk
5 min. Arms & Shoulders toning
5 min. Glutes & Legs toning
5 min. Cooldown bike ride
5 min. Post Ride stretch

All in all, 60 min. of variety & fun. :)

Hey Nora, there's a lot of great workouts on YouTube, don't you agree? I love
The Go Row Indoor rowing workouts on YouTube, there are 8 of them and I like
Them all....

Today I did a SSOD Cycle Sculpt 3 min. Circuits workout, the Sculpt sections uses
Tubing. I really like the workout, but there isn't a cooldown/stretch which I think
Is weird, but when I finished, I went to Peloton and did another 5 min. Cooldown
Ride and another 5 min. Post-ride stretch. I just finished a blender- "Touch Up
Training Express 1-Blender version". That's it for today, I worked 1/2 day so I came
Home and did some cleaning too, so I am pretty tired.

Are you going to preorder Kelly's 2 new ones? I believe she's filming Saturday...
I wonder when Cathe is going to film....doesn't look like we will have them by
Summer, of course, nothing like we are dealing with was planned!

Sorry for the late check in. I has a fall today and injured my left thumb and below right knee area goose egg bump.

These were all thru-out the day & evening- not all at one time!
