Hi Nora, well I got in a few workouts today.

CL Low Impact Cardio Muscle ( did a mix from this CatheLive)
Blender - "Box n Burn". (Cardio intervals w/ heavy bag intervals)
Blender step workout called One of my favorites!

I did a Peloton treadmill Bootcamp class too, but I just didn't care for the floor
Exercises in it so ended it after the last treadmill part. I think that's the first time
I didn't like one of their classes.....

Yes, my hubby was able to fix it. We had to replace the screws made a home depot run to find metric replacement screws. So glad he fixed that,I told him that was my birthday present.
Congrats and high five on your workout with The latest CL Stepped Up Bootcamp. I'm sure that was a fun one knowing Cathe. Great job on your workouts, WTG keep up the great job, you are amazing!

Hi Nora, yeah, I think I did too much yesterday! Got a little carried away...
Without CoCo, I feel like I have too much time on my hands and I just keep doing
Workouts to keep my mind off of things....

Today was 3 blenders:

SPORTY FORTY - which is a Bootcamp workout, 5 rounds of 8 exercises each,
Not including warmup & stretch, hence 40 exercises.....

Express STS M2 W2 - Back & Biceps
STS cardio workout- Boxing 2

That's it for today.....
 
Hi Linda,

I had a fall yesterday injuring my right hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. So I cant do much so I think I will just take an injury rest day.

I think I may have fractured or broke my right wrist and elbow and also forearm. Its bruised like heck and it hurts to attempt to use hand or hold anything. Ican't even fold clothes or use my right hand to hold a fork or spoon. I feel bad Icould not do tabatacise today, my legs are good to go but not right hand or arm.

I'm attempted a bike/walk workout today. I will now check in.

My goodness, Nora, do take it easy.....did you go have it checked out?

I worked yesterday so I did a short blender last night, a mix of some step blasts
With weight Work.

This morning I did Kelly's Coffeyfit Raw "Box & Tone" (I believe she put this on
YouTube as well). That was a lot of fun. Boxing alternating with Lower body
Weight exercises. About 30 minutes.

Thanks for your concern. I did not get it checked out with doctor because I could not afford it, and with the Covid- 19 thing doctors are still not to keen on seeing patients just yet.
I did order a wrist brace and elbow compression sleeve with pad, so I hope they will help.

With weight Work, and Kelly's Coffeyfit Raw "Box & Tone", well done. My workouts aren't going to be my usual until my injuries heal up but I will try to do what I can.

Hi Nora.... I did some more workouts on Saturday besides Box & Tone, it was
Coffeyfit Large Muscle Finisher, and a Peloton treadmill workout. Sunday was
Bitgym on my elliptical, and 3 blenders, STS Total Body PHA and IMAX 3 & 4
Mixed & Low Impact Step/Hiit. This AM was blender, Maxed Out PHA Circuits 2.

Hi Nora, nothing wrong with taking it easy! I did end up doing a little more cardio throughout the day
yesterday, I did Ifit treadmill workout with a Peloton cooldown walk, then hopped on the bike for a
short 10 min. Peloton scenic ride. Last night I did an indoor walk on YouTube, "Walk with Lucy"
no music, but she used a split screen with outdoor scenery on one side and she was indoor on
the other side doing the workout and showing the moves to do....It was one mile, short, about
20 min. but it was kind of fun. I think her name is Lucy Wyndham-Read.....I have done some of
her walking workouts on YouTube before.
