Fit & Fabulous Workout Warriors

Hi Nora, today was STS blender cardio express workout which was HiiT, then I did CoffeyFit Raw
HGI using my treadmill as she does. Gotta work next 2 days so not sure if I will be doing any
workouts or not.

Back to add in blender express STS meso 1 week 2 Back & Triceps.

Hi Nora, doesn't even seem like Saturday because I worked, but 2 days off now.
I will be glad to get back to M-F 9-5....
I did do a blender STS cardio workout tonight which was kickboxing. These STS
Cardio workouts I blended are all under 30 min. So a good little quickie!

Nicely done yesterday with a blender workout a blender from STS cardio which was kickboxing. I love boxing and kickboxing type workouts good stuff and high fives!! Way to get it done.

Happy Easter to you & your family Nora.... I did go ahead last night and finished up my blender STS meso 1
week 2 express with Legs. Today I did another blender, STS PHA which was about 30+ min. I will wait
about a week before I start STS week 3 so I can get in some other workouts, like some of the ones Cathe
put on YouTube, and Kelly did one on Friday I think that she also put on YouTube.

Wow! Great job with your workout Saturday with blender STS meso 1 week 2 express with Legs. Then Sunday another blender, STS PHA which was about 30+ min. And you mentioned Cathe and Kelly's online workouts. I haven't tried those workouts but have seen them and they do look fun.

Hi Nora, I was without internet for most of today, just noticed a little while ago that it was going again...
so that is where CatheLive downloads come in handy ! (and dvds) Today I did part of the latest
CatheLive, Low Impact Cardio Muscle, (I went ahead & purchased the download last week) and then
I did part of CatheLive Ice Total Body Compound. Gotta work next 3 days so workouts will be far & few
between, if any! Take care....

Good for you having Cathe downloads on hand. Great job on yesterday's workout with part of the latest

Great workouts Nora! I was able to get in a blender workout last night, called Cardio: Classics Warmups.
3 warmups together with cooldown/stretch. It was good.

Hi Nora, was able to do a workout tonight too....good job with yours today.....I did CatheLive Step, Sweat &
Lift, I only did the warmup, step workout and stretch for about a 30 min workout. I am tired so that was it.

Hi Nora, I am glad you were feeling better today and able to get in some good
Workouts!

Mine today started with

STS Cardio workout (blender) which was step followed by a Peloton warmup ride.
Then one of their treadmill walk classes and ended with a cool down ride. I
Did a couple short YouTube workouts for rower and elliptical but didn't finish the
Elliptical one. I didn't care for it.

Later was blender STS M1 W3 Legs Express and another blender, Cardio Muscle
Express 1. I got in a lot of workouts over the weekend, but working tomorrow.
