Linda- Hello!! I am always happy to hear from you and thank you for your kind words on my workouts.
Great job on your workouts as well. Nicey done and high fives on your blender workout step yesterday "Lo & Go 10". The step routine was one from CTX Step including the warm up and cool down. Wow, CoCo has a tough schedule with those early morning walks. I hope CoCo is doing ok. Hang in there, furry kids just like two legged kids are special and you love them but they still can loose sleep over.
I'll still keep the prayers coming your way, take care and be well both you and CoCo.

Hi Nora, hope your weekend is going good :). Well, I have gotten in a few short
Workouts today, did some rowing using Bitgym app, and a skier and tubing
Circuit type workout. Also a blender, "Step Blast Total Body Circuit ".

Sorry I missed you post yesterday. Oh no! So:( sorry for your loss of your precious & beloved CoCo. He will be missed greatly. You gave him a great life and lots of love I'm sure he was grateful for that and he will be watching over his two legged mom from the other side of the rainbow bridge. Remember all those happy and cherished memories that are with you and embrace them. I've been there and had to put to sleep a few pets and it was devastating I did mourn them and I still remember them and speak of them often. I miss them still but so grateful they were in my life and I was blessed to know them and be their two legged mom. Hang in there it does get easier. I will keep you in my prayers and stay safe with regards to Covid-19.

tlc93, sorty abnout not responding. Ididn't see your post unil I scrolled up on the last page. To answer your question about my workouts I typically workout approximately 2 hours most days, yet someday's are less but usually anywhere from 1.5-2.0 hours is my workout length.. I do not work outside the home so I have a more flexibility in my workout length. I have MS and can not afford physical therapy so I tailor my workouts to work on cardio, strength and balance. Welcome and thank you for your question.
