Hi Nora, I sent you PM yesterday, but I am doing ok, full of sadness and feeling
A tremendous sense of loss, I miss that little fella so much. I have started back
With some workouts, today was a blender PHA and did a short rowing workout
And Coffeyfit Raw Just Step. Cathe has posted some one on one short
Workouts on her Facebook page and I did the Senior Fit one and the Bootcamp
One, over the weekend, they are short, abt 20-30 min. That's the time range I like! Anyway, take care
And I will try to do better....I just don't really feel like myself much anymore......

Hi Linda- so good to hear from you. Sorry I did not see that you had pm me. That's what I get for not wearing my reading glasses when checking in, my apologies. Glad to hear from you. Again so sorry about your Coco.
So you've been working out that's great. I can relate about being heart broken over the loss of a cherished pet. They are so much more than a pet I still miss my Vader every day, he lives on in my heart and memories which are precious to me. It does get better each day hang in there. I'll be sending healing prayers for you.

I'm stll dialing it back on my workouts a bit fot me at least. I've been doing this to allow me to rest and hopefully ease my MS fatigue. I realize I do not need to be pushing it like I usually since having MS puts me in the high risk category with an auto-immune chronic illness.

Hi Nora, this morning I did a short blender-Xtrain Legs & Abs. This evening
I did a longer blender-Burn Sets: Chest & Triceps. That's enough for today, my
Heart really wasn't in what I did....have a good Friday.....

Abs.....good little workout....gonna rest now.....I miss CoCo so much......sometimes I find myself just walking around the house aimlessly..... (sigh) :(

Glorious Palm Sunday Nora...have a good day....our churches are closed around
Here now, are yours?

Ok, so today is the last workout on my current schedule, Kelly's Body Design
Lower body workout. Now I am starting STS Mesocycle 1 (1 month). I recently
Went thru all 36 workouts and made an express blender workout of each one.
So today was # 1 Chest, Shoulders& Biceps. Each express is around the 25-35
Min. Range. I also went thru the companion Shock Cardio series and blended
12 STS cardio workouts to use on the in between days so tomorrow will be
Cardio. Whew...took awhile to do all those, but I needed something to fill my
Mind and time so that's what I did.... I will try to stick with the first month and
Then take a week or two break before starting Mesocycle 2 so that I can do
Some different workouts.

I almost forgot, I did a Bitgym Hawaii tour workout, the first 15 min. On the
Elliptical and the last 20 min. Of it on the treadmill.

Yes, our churches are closed here too! Wow! great job with your workouts with Kelly, Cathe and others, high fives you go girl. You are so awesome with the workouts very inspirational. I took this week's workouts a bit easier trying to dial it back a bit for coping with my MS fatigue. I am be very cautious right now since I am at risk with MS for Covid-19 because of my compromised immune system. I think I will also do the same this week with dialing back the workouts so as not to fatigue me too much. Stay safe and be well.

Today I started Meso 1 Week 2 with Chest, Shoulders & Biceps. (these are my blender express STS w/o's)
