Oh no Linda, so sorry to hear about your hip/back injury.:( Definitely take easy maybe take some aleve to reduce muscle soreness and either ice or heat to the area. Perhaps some gentle stretching or Walk 15 to help loosen and relax things a bit. Please take care and feel better soon.

Hi Nora, last night I did get in CL Express your Step workout without the abs. My checking in will be
very far & few, at least for the present time, I have alot of problems going on with Coco right now and not
sure of the outcome.....That is my priority now and I am finding it hard to just sit down and post. Thanks
for allowing me to join in with you all this time......Take care.....

Linda- So sorry to hear that Coco is having problems, I:( will say a prayer. I'm sorry to hear that you most likely will not be checking in as your focus is on Coco right now and that is understandable. I will pray for you as well. I hope your injury is feeling better. I hate to loose touch with you. You can PM me if you like to let me know how you and Coco are doing. I will keep you both in my prayers. Thank you for your posts and I hope you will be able to post at sometime in the future. I know you have a lot on your plate right now so just know I am here either thread post or PM me. Hi Nora, have a good Tabata Friday today.....Last night I did a blender, "Litely Maxed Out Circuits 1"
a short workout but at least I did something. Things are still not good here, Coco has major problems and
I am trying to deal with everything the best I can, but my nerves are about gone.......I realize and am trying to
accept that it's just a matter of time.......I just am hoping I don't have to make "that decision".....

It's so nice to hear from you. It's good you got in a nice a blender workout with "Litely Maxed Out Circuits 1"
a short workout. There is nothing wrong with a short workout at all. You got a workout in, high fives!
I hope that helped you feel a little better. I know that if there are things bothering me a workout does help give me a way to get out some of the stress and frustration in a positive way. Oh no I'm sorry to hear that Coco is having problems. I will be sure to keep you and Coco both in my prayers.

Here's a thought that sometimes helps me is to just find a good area to lay on the floor in corpse pose is what they call it in yoga and just close your eyes and breathe, clear your mind and just let God know you need him and cast your cares on Him. Just continue to breathe and with each breath let go of the stress and become more relaxed. This helps me perhaps it can help you as well. I will be saying prayers for both you and CoCo. Hang in there.;)

Step. Good little 10 min. Routine..of course I had a warmup and cool down/ stretch too. Made it about 20 min. Still dealing with my little boy, although we
Have walked around the block for the last 3 evenings....but indeed, he's been
Getting up around 4 AM and that's making a very long day for me....by the time
I go to work, I am exhausted:)
