Oh no Linda, so sorry to hear about your hip/back injury. Definitely take easy maybe take some aleve to reduce muscle soreness and either ice or heat to the area. Perhaps some gentle stretching or Walk 15 to help loosen and relax things a bit. Please take care and feel better soon.
