Hi Nora, great job with your Sunday workouts....today I have had a mish mosh....
I did a DVD mix from the Firm " Aerobic Butt Burners"
Scenic skiing workout on my skier
Coffeyfit Raw Home Gym Intervals 1 (used my elliptical this time)
Cathe Heavy Bag workout....

I am whipped right now, but want to do a CL Upper Body workout tonight if i
Get re-energized:)

Just back to add in CL Strong Express Upper Body.....that's 36 min. of fun & great
Upper body exercises! So glad I got the download...

Wow, congrats on yesterdayt's workout tackling a RWH Compound blender workout. RWH is really fun but so challenging for me, I have not done one in a while maybe I should think about doing it again. Then you added on with a Peleton TM walk and CL Step[, Sweat & Lift class and stretch. You are amazing, bravo on on all your workouts well done!

Good job today Nora.....tonight I did CL Upper Body w/Ball ( yep, another
Download). I did the warmup, 1 set of chest/back and 1 set of shoulders, 2 sets of
Bi's & tri's, 2 sets of core (one w/ball and I without and stretch. That's an old
CatheLive class, but always one of my favorites.

I hope everyone is enjoying a blessed and beautiful Monday. So Emma welcome to our check in. Please tell us about yourself. What types of workout do you like? What instructors do you like?

Now for myself I love: Kickboxing, Boxing, Spin class, TM running/walking, Cathe dvds, Kelly Coffey Meyer dvds, Tracie Long, and many Beachbody dvds, Jessica Smith, and Leslie Sansone. I have a variety of types of workouts but I love to push myself to strengthen and keep my mobility. I have MS so that is a very big deal to me. Exercise is fun and therapy for me its my way of fighting my MS.

Tonight was CL Glassboro RoadTrip 2018 Upper Body. I did the warmup, chest &
Biceps segments and stretch. Not too much time tonight, wanted to get something in. Wow, that was a long ride today Nora....I could never stay on a bike
That long....very good! Indeed, I need to get over downloading CatheLive classes!
Geez, I have already found 2 more I want and I have to stop soon :)
