Express Upper Body, and Coffeyfit Raw Drills & Boxing.

Today was FitTower Lean & Mean warmup, lower body segment & stretch and
Just finished a blender "20 min. Cardio w/step"

Hey Nora, no, I didn't workout either:), I have getting some of the CatheLive
Workout downloads, and I have slower internet, so it takes me a little while
To do this....but hopefully I will be back at it soon!

Hi Nora, well, that turned out not to be my last download. I got 2 more today.
While cleaning & laundry!! But that is it .....for awhile at least:). I got some of my
Favorites so if my internet is down or I just don't want to go online, I have some
Goodies!

I did do a blender tonight, for arms & shoulders, so at least I did something.
Weekends are usually my workout marathons, so I better get back on track!
At least you did good today!
