Hi Nora, today's workouts were a blender, "Step-Sculpt Repeat" and Coffeyfit Raw
"Barre & Tubing". Liked that one too. Gosh, you did a lot today...that's great...
 
Sunday's workouts were:
blender- "Stronger 4 Longer #2 (barbell, weights & tubing)

and the Kickboxing w/Light Weights segment from Kelly's Body Design dvd.

Hi Nora, sounds like you have had a couple good days of workouts! Good variety!
Last night I did a blender, "Rhythmic Step Sync Challenge" and tonight I did
Another blender, " Cardio/Sculpt & Done!" Both a little short of 30 min.

We had about 3-4 in. Of snow today! Ugh, it was shovel max this afternoon...
Thank goodness, it stopped late afternoon. It's gonna be slick in the AM tho'

Nicely Done yesterday getting in a nice short but effective workout in. High fives on your blender workout with a metabolic workout, sometimes those are really a fun change of pace the short and sweet workouts. I hope the roads weren't bad for driving yesterday where you live.

Each, from IMAX 2, 3, 4, & CP Calorie Crush w/ cd&stretch. I am not much on
Blasts, but I did include one from each in this one...

Aahhh Tabata Friday for sure....I am impressed, both Step Boss & Tabatacise....
Hope you took a deserved rest...:). Tonight I did Coffeyfit Raw, Total Body Strength. Abt 30 min. I liked it...it was different...Sammie was in it with her, and
All the exercises were done using a weight plate. 3 rounds of pullovers, curls,
Squat lunge backs, chest presses, dips, front lunges & upright rows. I hope to do
That one again too.

My workouts today were:

a blender "Shoulders Pedal Circuit" (intervals of bike and shoulder exercises)

and tonight I did a dvd mix from Kelly's Cardio Sculpt Fitness. I really like that dvd.

Hi Nora, today's workout was CatheLive PHA 2020 from 1/2. I loved it, time flew
By, it was about 45 min. It might be my favorite of all the PHA's.
