Hi Nora, I have been MIA for a couple days :). Took a break...but tonight did a
Blender step mix. Yes, I preordered the new set...not sure why, cause I don't really
Care for Yoga, although I know it's good for you..and not into high impact...
But. Maybe there will be something I can do! :)

I hadn't mentioned anything but I did go for my mammogram last Friday and
Waiting everyday for the call to come back like the last 3 or 4 years...but
Yesterday I got the letter in the mail saying it was normal this time. YAY! I am
So very thankful....and one less thing to worry about now...I am so relieved ..
Just wanted to share...are you ordering the new ones? It will be nice to get them
In the summer instead of at the end of the year.....

Good for you taking a couple of days break from working out. Welcome back and great job
on yesterday's blender step mix workout high fives on that. Yes I did pre-order
Cathe's Perfect 30. I am at the point I need stretching and yoga added to my workout routines.
I seemed to have skipped that and now I need it. Perfect 30 does sound like a nice blend of
workouts and easy to mix in with other workouts as well. Yes, it will be nice to get new workouts in the summer, can't wait.

Hey Nora, I forgot it was your Tabata Friday! :). Time flys by...tonight I did CatheLive "Express your Step". That was one fun step workout, a little of Sync &
A little of Imax4 with some old moves thrown in. The warmup, step & stretch
Was about 33 min. At the end is an Ab Stacker segment, but I skipped those,
Didn't want to do ab work tonight, but the workout is great..

Hi Nora, did you enjoy your YouTube spin class? There are tons of them on YouTube....the ones I have done
were great....you will never get bored with them....that's great !

Today I did shorter Bitgym workouts on my rower and elliptical and finished up tonight with CoffeyFit Raw
Weights Circuits #1. also cleaned and laundry so I guess that counts too!

Great job on Sunday's workout. The workouts you did 2 blenders: "Drill Boss" sounded like fun stuff.
High fives and way to go! And I see you did another short and sweet workout on Saturday with Bitgym workouts on the rower and elliptical and finished up tonight with CoffeyFit Raw Weights Circuits #1. Bravo and double high fives on all your workouts, you are amazing! I took yesterday off, so no workout.

Hi Nora, today was CatheLive Burn It Bootcamp, abt. 45 min. I really like that one
A lot too.

ETA: ok, also did FitTower Slim & Trim warmup, core section, & stretch and Peloton
10 min. Treadmill cool down walk. Tonight, if I can, gonna do Coffeyfit Raw Arms &
Shoulders Finisher.

I watched some of the spin class you did....that's a good one I think....

Well, plans changed, I didn't do the Arms & Shoulders workout, I ended up doing a blender
workout later, "Better Body Bootcamp"

CatheLive Express your step w/ab stackers segment. I love that workout. I
Purchased the download and was able to get it downloaded, so now I can do it
Without needing to get online! There's one or two others I wouldn't mind having
To keep, so as time goes, I might attempt that...but I got my step workout! I did
A couple of the ab stackers tonight too.

Do you make up a workout schedule? I write down workouts I want to do in a
Little book and mark them off when I do one. When I finish what I have already
Written down, then I will start a new list. I don't put "machine workouts" in it,
So I just do them as I can.

Bravo and well done! on your CatheLive Express your step w/ab stackers segment.:D I really am loving the Ab Stackers workouts too. I find that they are sneaky because I feel it only a little while doing them and then the next day, boom Ab DOMS! I can just picture Cathe giving me a little witchey laugh. That is a fun workout though if its the one I'm thinking of since I don't have Cathelive.

Yes, I do make out a workout schedule every Sunday for the upcoming week. If I do a machine workout I just indicate what kind write down TM for Treadmill then the same of workout distance and time. Or if it's a Spin workout I indicate Spin and the name, time and length of workout. I just record my workouts in a regular spiral notebook, write the day of the week, date, length of workout time etc.. Its nice I can look back on a certain date and see what I did.

That's a fun one....

I keep forgetting about Walk 15 dvds. I think I am only about 1/2 way thru them.
Gotta do better on those! "So many workouts, so little time!" :)

I just finished today's workout and will now check in. Oh, before I forget. I won't be working out tomorrow due to several appointments either I or my hubby have so no Tabatacise this Friday but I will be doing it on Saturday. I do plan on stopping by and checking in though on Friday.

I did another blender, " Step Mix 2". I hope tonight to do. Coffeyfit Raw, probably
