Hi Nora, got my workouts in early cause I gotta wash my hair and thought I should
Sweat before getting wet!

I did Coffeyfit Raw Ripped & Ride for December which was so much fun. Intervals
Of bike (or whatever equip. You wanted or you could do boxing on the floor with
Kelly...Jayne was on the bike) I did the bike and then alternated with DBs or
Barbell for about 4 rounds or so...

Followed with blender, "IMAX 4. Part 2". Learning the new moves.....

Awesome job with today's workout with Coffeyfit Raw Ripped & Ride for December, and a blender workout w/"IMAX 4. Part 2". Learning the new moves. l did IMAX 4 yesterday and really enjoyed that one. For the most part I was able to do the steps send time through so that was awesome for me.

I hope your Christmnas? Great I hope!

Hi Nora, no post Christmas frenzy here...:). It was a very quiet day for me.

How did you like PHA 3? I really like some of the new exercises in it..

Last night I ended up doing 2 shorter blenders: Step Sync Complete which was
The warmup, finished combos & cd/stretch. Also, ABmazing! which was all abs..
With toys! Had a couple of the new ab moves in it.

Today, I did a CatheLive Senior Fitness 1 which is abt 1 hour and a nice lower
Intensity/Low Impact workout, it was an older one. Then I did Coffeyfit Raw
Home Gym Intervals 1 again. I really like that one a lot too.
 
Saturday workouts , a cardio machine mish mosh, started with Peloton 10 min.
Warmup walk, stayed on the treadmill, switched to Bitgym and walked 5 min. More
In Rome, switched to the elliptical and did 5 min hike in Swiss Alps, hopped off
Elliptical and did 5 min. Rowing on Grand Canal, and went to bike and did 5 min.
Ride around Mt. Pilatus. Stayed on bike, switched back to Peloton and did 5 min
Cool down ride and finished with a 5 min. Arms/shoulder Peloton toning. Whew!
Then I did a blender, "Lo & Go 1" step workout. Have a good day.....

I did a CatheLive tonight from this year, Strong Upper Body Express, really like
It cause it's all upper body and only 36 min :)

Hi Nora, rainy ole gloomy day here today...took a nice long nap this afternoon, it was nice :). Did a little rowing earlier and just finished a premix from Kelly's 30MTF
Kickboxing DVD, I did the Punch Mix. That's it today!

It sounds like you had a nice low key and restful Sunday. Nicely done yesterday with a little rowing & a premix from Kelly's 30MTF Kickboxing DVD- the Punch Mix. Great job on your workouts. I have Kelly's Kickboxing dvd, love that one I should get that one out and do it again soon. Oh, I forgot to mention that I loved PHA 3 Cathe's got a winner there. I also loved IMAX 4, and I will need more practice with step choreography specifically in Step Sync to really have fun with it. So I am being patient with myself in learning that one. I have some interesting challenges with that one particular because of nerve damage with MS on right side my timing is off and makes me want to rush and more likely to get hurt. But Step Sync does look fun and parts of it are where I can follow, keeping a good attitude on learning it and being positive.

Hi Nora, good workouts for you today.....I just finished a blender, "Bossy Step
Moves". Which was Step Sync warmup & finished combos and Step Moves
Finished combos with that cool down/stretch. Whew, abt 30 min. 'Bout done me
In!:)

Step and Low Impact Circuit Bonus step combo...

Blender - "PHA 3 2 1 GO!" Which was segments from PHA 3, 2, & 1 workouts.....

Coffeyfit Raw Arms & Shoulders Finisher workout...

I'm not feeling well today post MS Medication injection due to flu-like side effects I sometimes experience, this one was particularly bad. Not sure how I will feel tomorrow. So for today I am taking a sick day.

I went back to work today, after being off 13 days, ugh, it was hard to do! Even
If you don't do anything special, or go anywhere, the time passes quickly. I am
So glad that Cathe's dvds came so soon, I especially had a great time with all
That to mess with.

Great job on yesterday's workout with a premix from Kelly's Stepboxing 2, good for you well done and high fives. Oh wow, how nice to have 13 days off like that. It's always tough going back after that it usually feel
exhausting getting back into a routine. Yes, it was great getting Cathe's new "Step Boss" workouts so quickly and you had time off to try them out maybe test drive some premixes from them as well. Thanks for your well wishes, I do feel better today so I plan on working out today. After all I hate missing a Tabatacise Friday.

All step, the finished combos from Immediate Step and Sync with warmup &
Stretch.
