Wow, you did a lot today! Way to get it done...today I did a Peloton Broadway Fun
Walk (treadmill) and a blender, " Toning under 30 min. # 2." That's it for me!

Min. Workout I have ever done, I believe, and maybe even the funnest (is that even
A word? :) ) I have ever done...anyway I loved it...have a good day....may do

High fives on Sunday's workout with Coffeyfit Raw Step Drills & Boxing,that wasa very nice kick butt 30 min workout, Way to Go!!!

I'm taking it easy today, starting to feel major fatigue and maybe even a little burn out. So I did workout today but kept it very short mainly to stretch and loosen up back and hips to relieve pain.
I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Nothing wrong with a less active or rest day! Matter of fact, I may take a rest day
Monday....as the day (today) went on, I ended up with a Go Row indoor rowing
Workout on YouTube this afternoon and just finished a premix from Kelly's Slim
Sculpting DVD. Wanted to do some kettlebells.

From LBC, called Hi-Lo, but kept it all low with Michelle, she's a great modifier
Too...it was fun, after I was finished I checked the DVD to see if it was on it, and
It is..so that's good to know.....I think Kelly does have some DVD premixes in the
App that aren't on the dvds, I might be wrong on that, but I found one that I didn't
See on the DVD but I might have missed it....anyway, the one I did tonight was good. Maybe rest day tomorrow......:)

I'm really struggling today with flu-like symptoms as a side effect of my MS medicine injection last night. It
happens every now and then. Anyways, with severe body aches I will workout but can't be sure how I will feel tomorrow as my
knees are aching, neck and back too. So not fun.

Good for you Nora! Tabatacise was calling ya' :). Tonight I did a blender, about 30 min. Called "BodyBlast Step & Sculpt". Boy, if you don't keep up with Cathe's
Step combos, they're easy to forget! But I did ok.

Wow, great workout last night with a blender, about 30 min. Called "BodyBlast Step & Sculpt".
That sounds fun, its been ages since I've done any of the Body Blast series workouts, high fives for doing that workout. Then today you did a Coffeyfit Raw Just Step workout about 24 Minutes. High fives again, way to get it done and feel great!:cool::D

I just finished a short workout today because my back & neck were killing me, and could barely sleep. So I thought doing a light workout would help, and it did plus I had to help DH to workout.

Hi Nora, well last night I ended up doing The Upper Body time crunch premix
From Kelly's Strength & Stamina DVD. Today I did a 10.10.10.10.5 cardio
Machine marathon!
10 min. Peloton treadmill warmup walk
10 min. Elliptical Bitgym workout
10 min. Videoskier Royal Gorge CA skier workout
10 min. Rowing Companion rowing video workout
5 min. Peloton cycle cool down ride

That was fun! Tonight I might do a blender, Abs & Core under 20 min.

I did go to church too, so that was a good thing!
