Happy weekend Nora, Thurs. night I did a VideoCycle Switzerland cycle workout and last night was a blender:
UBSS: Shoulders, Chest & Triceps. Both were pretty good....have a good weekend....hoping to get in some
machine workouts over weekend, like elliptical, maybe rowing, etc.

Body SuperSets.....have a Blessed Sunday...very cold here...Brrrrr....

Thank you for the well wishes for my weekend.

Great job on Saturday's workout with elliptical circuit workout and later did a mix from Kelly's Upper
Body SuperSets. Wow! That sounds like a great workout combo, way to go! High fives!! Then on Sunday you did a workout with VideoSkier Swiss Aps ski workout and a fresh start RowVigor rowing workout and a 30 min heavy bag workout. Bravo on both Saturday and Sunday's amazing kick butt workouts, double high fives!

Hi Nora, good workouts today ! Took a rest day on Monday....I doubt that I will do any workouts this
evening cause I always try and do some laundry on Tuesday evening and I gotta wash my hair too!
All that takes extra time...on top of everything else ! Have a good one !

I hope all is well with you and CoCo. It's been beautiful but cold here lately. It was 33 degrees here this morning brrrrrr! I got a fire built but need to keep it going. I hope you are keeping warm where you are. I'm off to have morning tea and hot cocoa and workout.

Sure it is on one of her DVDs...but I didn't remember it and I did enjoy it..I am so
Excited that Kelly's app for her Coffeyfit Raw workouts and all her DVDs except
The newest 2 are in it. I have been searching everyday in the App Store for it and
Today it was there! :). You get a 3 day trial and it's 6.99 a month thereafter. You can cancel anytime. I have watched some of the Raw workouts and can't wait to
Try them. Anyway, that brought my spirits up....enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Elliptical & barbell circuit workout using Kelly's HGI and subbing barbell exercises
For DBs.

Videostride Switzerland treadmill workout and then a Peloton treadmill cool down walk.

I did not go to church today, it was too cold to walk and rain also was expected about the time I'd be walking to church given the freezing temps and rain I thought I should not attempt walking to church this morning. Yes, I did see Kelly's announcing that she has an app now for her workouts, so cool. Its a great opportunity for those with smart phones. Aw the Leslie Easy burn is from her "Walk Off The Fat Fast DVD", it has three workouts on it a 20 Min. "Easy Burn", 30 Min "Big Burn", and a 40 Min "Super Burn". I have that DVD love the Mix of times on that one. Have a blessed Sunday.;)

Great job on your workouts yesterday with a blender tonight, "UBSS- Shoulders,
Back & Biceps". High fives, there's nothing wrong with short or shorter workouts.
For me its all about just getting it done. Sometimes I can do more others not so much so its all good.
