Hi Nora, early Sunday check in today. Coco got me up at 4:30 this AM so I have
Gotten in several workouts this morning!

My own mixes of :

PHA Row (rowing & lower/Upper body exercises....
Metabolic Ski (skiing intervals with compound exercises....
Bike & Barbell ( cycling w/ barbell intervals). Whew......I am tired but each one was
Under 30 min. So not too bad....

I love my programmable DVD player :). My own little "blender" :):)

I did not walk to church today,I did not sleep well last night due to back pain. I did manage a little walk to help my back loosen up. So I did a little bit of a walk toda.
Wow, you had an early morning with CoCo and lots of great workouts. Double high fives and WTG on your workout blends with: PHA Row (rowing & lower/Upper body exercises....

Well, I am back with Round 2 this evening.....I did rowing & elliptical with Bitgym
App, a blender 20 min. Step workout, and a one mile walk from Leslie's app. After
The free 3 months of the app, I won't subscribe to it, it is nice, but I think I have
Most every workout that Leslie put out and that's mainly what is in the app.

No workout again last night, I get into "little projects" and well, workouts get
Put to the side....tonight I did a blender "Lower Body Supersets". It was ok...
Not one of my better blenders!

No, I don't have a heavy bag, I just follow Sammy on that without the bag. Wow, so cool you have a heavy bag and boxing gloves, awesome.

Hi Nora, at least you have been keeping up with your workouts, more than I can
Say LOL....but I am happy to report I just finished a 20 min. Elliptical cd workout.
That's what I have been doing...going thru workout cds, dvds, VHS tapes, a walk
Down memory lane in some cases....indeed, I have VHS tapes dated back in the
80's and they play fine...Amazing! I also was re-arranging my workout room, got
Rid of my old Proform bike I haven't used in a very long time... anyway, I am done
At least for now...but I have been a busy little bee! Hope to do a premix from
Kelly's Sculpt RX DVD tonight. Hope I can pick up the weights! :)

Well I am doing better...:). Got in a premix from Sculpting RX and did a blender
Workout of IMAX 3. Felt great to actually workout, instead of sitting on the floor
Surrounded by tapes, DVDs, watching workouts!!!

Wow! You've been busy re-arranging your workout room, Bravo!! I have to admit I have done a little straightening in mine but it still needs more, ugh it's never ending.
Good for you getting in a 20 min. Elliptical cd workout, and perhaps a premix from Kelly's Sculpt RX DVD, and a blender workout from IMax3. High fives on all your workouts and
double high fives on re-organizing. I know somewhere I probably still have Firm's from the '80's, LOL!!

I didn't go to church today, because between my back and neck both hurting and sore I did not sleep well. So I opted to stay home and see if some gentle walking and stretching would help,and it did.

I just finished today's recovery workout and will now check in.

Hi Nora, well, don't feel bad, I didn't go to church either :(

My workouts today (this afternoon) were:

Ski & Sculpt workout
Kelly's HGI workout #2 (treadmill) followed by a 10 min. Peloton cool down walk.

Tonight I did a mix from an old workout, Body Bar Kickbox Circuit, and followed with a Blender workout, "Pure Strength Warmups & Stretch". That's it for today!
I am off tomorrow, so don't know what I will get in to.
 
Monday's workout were 2 "oldies but goodies".....

Bikercize- an old VHS done completely on the bike with Upper body exercises,
Free form, leg work(speed intervals) with warmup & cooldown.

Tracie Long's G-Force rebounding workout, which is kind of a circuit workout
With rebounding segments alternating with weights and end with core, legs, &
Stretch sitting/lying on the rebounder. Great fun...both of them....

I hope you had a great Veteran's day. I went to my local Veteran's day parade which is said to have the biggest Veteran's day parade West of the Missippi. It was a huge parade we even had two F15 fighter jet fly overs, so cool! Lots of honored Vets and cool stuff.

Hi Nora, yep, I am here...my Monday workouts were above, I was off, and took a
Rest day yesterday (Tuesday). Tonight I did a lower body mix from Kelly's
Strength & Stamina. I like that Tone every zone DVD of Leslie's too. Good pick
Of workouts....

ETA: did a 26 min. Step mix too!
