Gotten in several workouts this morning!
My own mixes of :
PHA Row (rowing & lower/Upper body exercises....
Metabolic Ski (skiing intervals with compound exercises....
Bike & Barbell ( cycling w/ barbell intervals). Whew......I am tired but each one was
Under 30 min. So not too bad....
I love my programmable DVD player . My own little "blender"
