Hi Nora, it does feel a little better, thanks. I just finished a blender, "Target: Floor
Hiit & Back". Hope your day is good. I have never been a jogger or runner, I am a
Walker from way back when :). Could you walk on your treadmill and feel safe?
You need to do what is right for you.....

Hi Nora, hope your Sunday is good. Today I did a CatheLive from 10/18, I did the
Warmup, upper body workout, and the stretch. Turned out to be a good 25-30
Min. Workout. Next time, I will do the lower body section instead. 1+1=full
Workout!! Finished up with. Peloton treadmill cooldown walk.

Hi Linda,

Nicely done with yesterday's blender workout of "Target: Floor HiiT & Back, sounds cool and fun! High fives on yesterday's workout. Walking for me is usually a dvd Leslie or Jessica or mall walking. I suppose from now on the treadmill can only be used for walking. I just think I won't try walking on the TM until maybe December. I do miss running but that's not an option for me, so I will explore my dvd collection and stationary bike until December gets here and see how feel. I just know that I get tempted to run and can not do that.

I did walk to church and back this morning. Fall is definitely here, yay, hot cocoa and pumpkin creamer.

Hi Nora, went to Sydney today, huh? :). Beautiful scenery...last night I ended up
Doing Kettlebell Amp'd DVD. Today I have done a blender, "Cardio/Sculpt Express
And a short Kelly floor cardio mix. Getting ready to do a premix from Kelly's
Strong workout. Think I am going to do the No dumbbells premix.
CoCo isn't doing so great the last few days....please say a little prayer for him.....
My neighbor just lost their little Yorkie last week, he was 13....CoCo is 18 and
I know I am on borrowed time :(. I just keep asking for more time.....

I do hope CoCo starts feeling better, and I did and will continue to pray for him. I do love my fur kids so I understand.

Cheap Sunny bike which I do like a lot, but always feel that if I had a better one, i
Would ride more....I used to have a Proform upright which I loved....one day it just
Broke....something inside around the pedals and that was it! I would love to have
A really good spin bike if I could afford it ! LOL.... tonight I did a blender: 5 day
Express Series- Biceps & Quads. First time I did it and was satisfied with it...

Good for you taking a yesterday off from working out, its nice to that now and again. My bike is a stationary upright bike by Gold's Gym 290 Power Spin.
Its not a great or fancy one but it gets the job done and I'm grateful to have it. I've been using a lot especially since my injury. I bought it off Amazon. I've seen the commercials for Peleton which look like amazing spin bikes but out of my budget. In might need to look for a new one on amazon not sure what's good and affordable.
Nicely done with yesterday's a blender: 5 day Express Series- Biceps & Quads. Wow! That sounds amazing, well done and high fives on your workout! Way To Go!!

Hi Nora, nothing wrong with an add-on! :). You know, I love & use the Peloton app,
Which you can use with any bike/treadmill, they have great classes, even scenic
Rides, and strength, stretch, and outdoor workouts, but I have never desired to get
The Peloton bike, figure that! Oh yeah, if I had the extra $ to get it, I might think
About it....:). Don't think I will have to worry about that!

Tonight I did the Walk 15 1 mile DVD and did the Powersculpting timesaver premix
From Kelly's LIFT DVD. First time I did that one...liked it...Timesaver was 1 set of
Each move, abt 24 min. That's it for me...

Happy Friday Nora....I am off today, I have hair appt this afternoon, I did get in
45 min. Of cardio this AM:

5 min rowing-Bitgym app- Relaxing Row
5 min. Elliptical- Switzerland
Then
20 min Peloton treadmill hike
& finished with Leslie's Daily walk app doing 15 min. 1 mile boosted walk.

If I do anything this evening/night, it will be weights focus.

Blender- Cathe's RX (all weights) and the Kickboxing with light weights workout
On Kelly's Body Design DVD. I really get a lot of use out of Body Design DVD.
Great short little workouts and a lot of variety.
Mall walking...ahhh, brings back memories:). I used to mall walk on a regular basis
A long time ago. At that time, we lived about a mile from the mall here and they
Actually had a mall walking "club" so to speak. We had shirts, badges, etc. I loved it, I think it was called Stride Inside. I noticed the other day when I went to
The mall, they have walking markers on the floor so I guess they still have mall
Walking. In the Bitgym app, they have an approximate 30 min. Walking
Workout in the Mall of America, that is so neat...have a good Sunday...raining here

Back again with Sunday's workouts....

30 min. SSOD Spin & Sculpt 3 min. Circuits workout ( 3 min. On bike, and 3 min.
Off bike doing tubing exercises on floor and repeats 4 times ( different tubing
Exercises each circuit). And also did a treadmill/weight circuit workout using Kelly's HGI DVD.

On Kelly's Body Design DVD. Fun Saturday workouts for you WTG and High fives!! Yes, hubby likes to walk and I suggested mall walking for when the weather is bad or my walking dvds.


I did not go to church today, and stayed home with DH since it was his Sunday off and I barely see him working 12 hour shifts. This was his weekend off next weekend he works.
I did do a little workout today, sort of makes up for yesterday.

Distance= 8.80 Miles

Jessica Smith- Walk Off Belly Fat Fast 3 Mile Flat Abs= 46 Min

Have that X10 DVD but have never done it. Seems a bit much for me....I have
Used the warmup and stretch in some of my blender workouts...
