Hi Nora, well tonight I did a Coffeyfit Raw workout from the app...40 min.(yes, 40
Min.) Step Drills & Compound Moves and I loved it..time flew by...I will revisit that
One a lot....I had to modify a couple times but she makes it so easy to modify
And it had some compound moves I have never seen...loved it.....in the Raw workouts there is 2 more Home Gym Intervals workouts and a treadmill workout,
And a lot of bike circuit workouts..

I think the clips of Cathe's new ones look great so far...hope we can get them
Before Christmas this year....looks like you had a "Bootcampin"Bike day! :)

Wow! Sounds like you had a great workout with Kelly's Coffey Fit Raw workout. Impressive workuts Kelly has available on her app.
High fives on your workout yesterday. Yes, I did watch the two Cathe video cips they have posted and they look great, I can't wait

Hi Nora, Happy Thanksgiving to you & your family as well! I was off today so
Besides cleaning and getting my hair trimmed, I got in two workouts, a mix I
Call "Cardio Fun" and an elliptical workout from VideoHiker Switzerland. Now I am
Done with Switzerland for awhile, gonna move on next to Hawaii I think :). Plan
To hike, walk, bike & row in Hawaii!

Back to add in a premix from Kelly's UBSS DVD.

Hi Nora, early Thanksgiving workouts this AM..

Coffeyfit Raw Home Gym Intervals # 1 (25 min.). Loved it...completely different
Exercises than the DVD...will revisit this one too!

Peloton treadmill Hip Hop walk class (20 min.)

Took a little break and decided that I had to give Cathe equal time :). So I did a
CatheLive class from last year, Awesome Upper Body, (40 min) that's one of my favorites
Too. I am pretty tired now.....if I do anything else today, it will be later this
Evening and probably some form of cardio, on the lighter side....enjoy your
Thanksgiving...don't eat too much turkey!!! :):)

Back again....hope your day has been good...after eating too much at my sister's,
I came home and did some shorter cardio workouts...used Videoskier Telluride,
Colorado for a 15 min. Skier workout, then headed to Hawaii :))) for a 10 min. Bike
Ride and walked the beach on my treadmill for 15 min. Both of those I used
Bitgym app. Made me feel better....

Friday's workouts....

Mix from Kelly's 30MTF Bootcamp DVD. Ended up being about 40 min..

Finished up my "Hawaii adventure". With Bitgym did a 10 min. Hike on my elliptical
On the Big Island and rowed on the Kaneohe.

And in honor of Black Friday and malls, did the 32 min. Bitgym Mall of America
Indoor walking workout. That's my Mall visiting for today!! :)

Hi Nora, hope you had a nice holiday....believe it or not, I don't have any Insanity
Max or Turbos but sounds like you got a good workout...

Saturday was a little cardio, used Bitgym workout on the elliptical and did
CycleVision-Vermont Autumn workout on the bike.

Today I believe will be Coffeyfit Raw Large Muscle finisher for chest, back & legs
And maybe something else....

Sunday's workouts were a blender, "Shoulders, Bi's & Tri's with cardio" and
Coffeyfit Raw "Large Muscle Finisher" which was chest, back & legs. Both were
Great!
Might do a mile walk tonight from Walk 15.
