Great job on your workouts yesterday with: STS Cardio workout (blender) which was step followed by a Peloton warmup ride.
Then one of their treadmill walk classes,YouTube workouts for rower and elliptical,
Later was blender STS M1 W3 Legs Express and another blender, Cardio Muscle Express 1. Wow, you were a workout machine yesterday,
Bravo and tripple high fives, Way to Go!!!

Blender express STS M1 W4- Chest,Shoulders & Biceps. Worked today, off next 3.

Hey Nora, checking in earlier today. This AM I did a blender STS cardio workout
Which was kickboxing and my own ski & sculpt workout with skier & weights.
Then I did a Peloton treadmill Bootcamp class which was on the treadmill & off
Doing toning with and without tubing. That was fun. Getting ready in a bit to
Do a CatheLive, Push Pull Total Body which is about 41 min. I think. That will
Probably be it for today.

ETA: Did Coffeyfit Raw Oct.2019 Ripped & Ride too.....

High fives on all your workouts done yesterday, very impressive. Nicely done on the following workouts:

Hi Nora, good job today. After finishing my cleaning, I kind of got into another
Workout marathon!

STS blender express M1 W4 Back & Triceps - 30+ min.
STS blender Cardio workout (boxing/kickboxing drills) - 22 min.
My own mix of elliptical & weights workout - 22 min.
Go Row Indoor rowing circuit workout on YouTube - 21 min.
Coffeyfit Raw Home Gym Intervals # 1 in the app - 25 min. (Using treadmill). I
Really like that workout, it is somewhat different than the DVD workouts)
Blender "IMAX 3 & 4" Odd & Even Mixer - 30 min.

Hi Nora, hope your weekend was good. I'll recap on my workouts over the weekend..Saturday was STS blender express M2 W1- Chest, Shoulders & Triceps.
Sunday was blender STS Cardio which was step, then later I did another blender,
Step Boss Party.

Today was blenders, "Nifty Fifty" weights workout and "Abs/Core Pedal Circuit".
Also did a VideoSki workout and Peloton treadmill walk class.
