Fit Split- Timesaver #1 Just Kickboxing= 34 Min w/ modificaions for injury

ICE- Low Impact Sweat- Timesaver #4 Warm up + Cardio1 + Stretch= 28 Min also modifying where needed for injury

Jessica Smith- Walk on-Tone Your Trouble Zones- Buns & Thighs= 32 Min

Bonus abs/Ab Stacker and the Lying Extended Stretch....Pretty good "sampler" workout.

Wow! That was a killer fun workout yesterday. Double high fives on that workout. Wow, and that was a blender sampler of Step Boss workouts, awesome love it! You are a legend doing that workout, bravo!!

I just finished a later workout and will now check in. I still am modifying and avoid upper body work/weights for now because of my injury. My wrist brace and elbow compression sleeve arrived so I am wearing those giving those injured areas support while healing.

I will now check in.

Today was CatheLive Strong Express Upper Body, an Ifit elliptical workout and
A premix from Kelly's Cardio Quick Fix DVD. I am trying the Ifit app. They have
Changed it to where you can do all the workouts for bike, rower, treadmill,elliptical
And they have strength workouts too without having to have an Ifit enabled
Equipment . They have in-studio workouts as well as tons of scenic workouts.
So far, I am liking it. I am doing the 30 day trial...if I continue to like it, I will
Probably subscribe for awhile and stop Peloton for awhile.

A premix from Kelly's Cardio Quick Fix DVD. It sounds like you are having fun with Kelly's iFit app. It sounds very cool how Kelly has done things, so cool.

21 Day Fix- 10 Min Ab Fix= 10 Min
XTrain-D9- Tabatacise = 45 Min

Nora, no, i think you misunderstood what I said, the Ifit app is Ifit, not Kelly, she
Doesn't have anything to do with Ifit's app. Sorry, maybe I posted it all together!

Today's workouts:

Ifit treadmill workout
Ifit bike workout
Peloton cooldown walk
Blender- STS Meso 3 W-1. Chest & Back
STS Cardio- which was step

Back to add in Cathe's "senior" workout on YouTube. That's all great little light
Intensity workout, about 35 min.

Hi Nora, great workouts for your Saturday!

Mine today were:

DVD mix from Kelly's Your Best Body - about 30 min.
Ifit Beach treadmill walk - about 20 min. & switched to Peloton for a cooldown 10 min. walk.
Bitgym rowing for about 10 min.
Blender which was "Low Impact Cardio Muscle - Blender Version" about 42 min.

That's it... Yay, I have an appt Tuesday to get my hair trimmed!!!!
 
Today's workouts (quite a few!)

Blender - Metabolic Madness. Abt 30 min.
Blender - STS Meso 3 Week 1 express -Legs. 25 min.
CL Legs for Days (warmup, 1st 2 rounds, & stretch). Abt 20 min.

Machine workouts:

Ifit rowing workout and RowVigor rowing workout (each 20 min)
Peloton Treadmill Fun Walk. - 20 min
Bitgym tour with elliptical & bike. (Total 15 min between the two)
Ifit ski workout. (20 min)

Alot, I know.....:)

That'll be it.... ETA: wasn’t quite it...also did blender short FitTower Compound

Treadmill - Peloton 30 min. EDM Bootcamp
Rower - Ifit Simple Rows & Stretches
Bike - Kelly's HGI Intervals dvd-did premix "Kelly's Combined Mix 2" and did it on the cycle
following Marcus this time.

Hi Nora, how's your arm doing? If you are tabatacising, it must be feeling a little
Better :). I have to be feeling 100% if I try to tackle parts of that one!

This evening was blender STS cardio which was boxing and I did Jessica's
10 min. Happy Hiit Walk as well. Take care...
